“Drive thru...The wait to pick up prescriptions is always at least 20 minutes or more depending on if you get there when it's not busy or there's a ton of cars. It's not anyone's fault, just a busy Pharmacy. The agent at the window was super nice & smiling, I thought I was on Mars somewhere, no one now a days is that nice. It was a female & she was just the sweetest thing, it was hard to believe, but she was very good & fast.”

“Crazy to me that people complain about pharmacists getting a lunch break to eat their food and go to the bathroom and catch a breather WHILE ALSO being on a lunch break ? And then have the nerve to complain about them doing what they want during their LUNCH BREAK. So who cares if they want to talk about their weekend while they’re ON BREAK <~~~ you’re doing what you want on your lunch break. Why do you get a lunch break but no one else does? Why do you get to leave your job to pick up a prescription but a pharmacist is not allowed the same courtesy ?
And ALSO. Check the Ohio State Board of pharmacy. It is a state law that they have to close for a half an hour during the day. You want to complain? Complain to the people who make the rules. Not the company who’s following the rules.
I stand for pharmacies and the people getting time to take a breath so other people aren’t harmed due to pharmacists being overworked and stressed out. I stand for them getting A SECOND to check on their mental health so they don’t commit suicide because of the strenuous work load that is strapped on to them every single day. Have some courtesy.”
“My first time eating this fantastic Vegan food. Everything was fresh, homemade, delicious! I love that the Vegan meats are made in house. Got lots of goodies to go for later. The London fog tea was perfection. Chef & staff were so friendly. Inside the beautiful & so clean Poland Library. Will definitely be back!”
“Great place to shop?????? just not for food as far as I'm concerned you can get better prices at Save-A-Lot and Walmart. As well as Aldi and ALDI is right in the same parking lot. I love their selection of cereal it's amazing??! I also like the prices on clothing as far as bras I bought three pretty good quality bras for under $10 so overall I would say it's a great place the bathroom it was closed so I had to leave sooner than expected we also found great prices on pans my boyfriend is obsessed with them! “Night and day to the Austintown location. Honestly, a lot of these reviews likely come from the entitled locals (I mean, proof when you can complain about toilet paper shortages in 2020. Suck it up, Karen). The pharmacy staff was very polite and helpful. I called about getting an egg-free flu vaccine and they only had one left. The tech very kindly set it aside for me. There was a bit of a wait between checking in and getting the shot, but it wasn't bad. The store is clean and well stocked (2020 shortages excluded), and I've never had an issue with an employee.”
