Great service. Super nice facility. Very clean, roomy. They provide transportation so if you drop off your vehicle, they will take you back to work. Then they'll call you when it's done and come pick you up to take you back to get your vehicle. If you choose to sit and wait, they have a complementary beverage island.

Took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because it wouldnt start. **** in service took care of me , kept me updated on the scope of work and the costs. They kept my car an extra day just to make sure it was working correctly. The cost was reasonable , the people were pleasant , including the shuttle driver that picked me up to get my vehicle. I believe his name was a *****, and he was on time and very friendly. It was refreshing to be treated fairly, and honestly and I would recommend that anyone needing repairs use this dealership.

My daughter purchased a car that needed to be transferred from this lot to Wisconsin. DANIELLE was her sales person. I had to call to have the car delivered and upon delivery there was a clear crack in the bumper. Now Danielle kept saying it was the delivery company who destroyed the car BUT their insurance company called columbiana and they sent them pictures with the damage on their lot. Delivery company cleared. After 3 months she was able to speak with someone in Columbiana because they ignored her calls and messages and of course he is a crook and with pictures he states "well you bought the car as is". She did buy the car as is without damage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We have better morale in WI. I said the best thing to do is take all this evidence and emails from their sales person to a judge.... Read More

I showed up in the early morning to try to get a oil change done on my truck. Stood in line for 3 minutes listening to the only person working with a customer about a road trip he was on. So i went exploring and then someone else came in and stood in line. Then the only person working called him up by name. I stood there another 5 minutes, with no acknowledgement, listening to another conversation on nothing. Finally someone else working at another desk showed up, which gave me no acknowledgement so i left. So if your not part of this dodge dealers good old boy club. I wouldnt go.

After another dealership acted as though they didn't want to work on my Jeep I called this dealership. I got "Ken" on the phone. "Ken" says to me, you'll need an appointment. I won't get to it for at least 3 weeks". REALLY???? Ok I'd like to make an appointment. Ken says, "WE don't take appointments that far out"! WHAT??? OK Ken then how do I get an appointment? "You'll need to call back in a couple weeks"! Um, How exactly does that work Ken?
