Suck it up, Karen). The pharmacy staff was very polite and helpful. I called about getting an egg-free flu vaccine and they only had one left. The tech very kindly set it aside for me. There was a bit of a wait between checking in and getting the shot, but it wasn't bad. The store is clean and well stocked (2020 shortages excluded), and I've never had an issue with an employee.”

“The North Lima Pilot Travel Center is overall pretty nice. The travel center offers many convenience items. There are a good amount of gas pumps available, and the Pilot Travel Center is also attached to a McDonald's. The store environment and restrooms are usually clean. Workers seem to be pretty friendly overall. Pilot Travel Center is open 24/7 which is super convenient. The parking lot layout isn't the best, as it tends to get a bit busy and clustered, but other than that this place is great. I would recommend this travel center as a great place to stop if you need convenience items, gas, food, restrooms, etc.”
