If you're a woman, mickey(an older man)will have to tell you how and where to drive. He was very condescending to me! I was really interested and would have probably bought the car I tested, but he could only talk business to my husband. FYI, I know how to drive. I know my way around Boardman! Oh,and I know how to buy a car. I even help my husband work on my car. WOW! Love my Dodge cars, but not this place!

Service did a great job on my Cummins. I had an electrical issue that no one else could figure out. They were able to get to the bottom of it. You may have to call in to get updates, but they do good work.

Mike Robertson helped me buy my first car ever! I got myself a really nice Mazda CX-3. He was super patient and resourceful when it came to educating me on how to go about obtaining my first car (helping with credit, insurance, etc). I seriously cannot recommend a better person to go to! Check them out, you won't regret it! ?

Best deals around, bought 6 vehicles here and always treated like a VIP. Don’t waist your time going to other dealerships, CCJD will do what they can to give the most for trade in and get you all the rebates and dealer discounts. ask for Amanda, she has been awesome every time we bought a car, truck, or Jeep.

I was purchasing a vehicle immediately since my truck was deemed a total loss. Always had a great experience here when dealing with John or Josh. However, this time not such a great experience. I told the salesman I wanted a used Jeep Gladiator that they had. According to research my wife did, it was a fair deal, not great. The jeep that had some damage, windshield broken, tailgate dented, tonneau cover was removed. I asked for the dent to be repaired on the tailgate and I would accept the rest. After the usual back and forth, the deal closed and then they told me since it was closed there was nothing they could do. Will not happen again. The only way I would buy here again would be through Johnny K himself. I do not believe he would have even hesitated in repairing the damage. Really a different experience between dealing with the owner and an employee trying to hold on to every single penny for themselves.

They don’t stand behind their work. Took my car in they said that they found what was wrong and would fix it. They changed me 400.00 and when I went to pick it up it still had the problem I took it in for. They wouldn’t give me my money back and wanted to charge me more to try again. That right there is why I don’t go to dealerships. Thought I would give them a try but they proved to me what I thought!!
Will be doing the work ourselves.
