Ignorant and disrespectful woman working your book sale today. After carefully selecting some beautiful treasures my family located at the booksale Saturday and boxing them with care, we brought them to the lady who counts them and places the numbers for the cashier. Tossing the books, manhandling them, literally bending covers and pages with her haphazard frantic counting. Dropping our books leaving me to scramble to straighten them. Then she crammed them back in the box so carelessly and stacked the rest in a messy pile on top that was impossible to carry to my car without me going back in to retrieve another box. She was extremely disrespectful. I am leaving this on the Columbiana library review so they vet their volunteers more closely and realize their ignorant volunteer made a very bad experience for this patron and is a direct reflection on this library. I am signing my full name so this is not confused with a review that is not genuine.

Very friendly, clean & welcoming place to go! Fun events & activities for all ages. The staff are very helpful, friendly, active, approachable, kind & knowledgeable. They also have an area for all ages to enjoy! Great for teachers too! Have all kinds of interactive things for their classes. Also have lots of die cuts you can use on their Ellisons to make great Bullitin boards or decorations(bring your own paper) Overall a great library that has something for everyone!
