I recently purchased a Ford Bronco Sport from Columbiana Ford. I was very happy with the purchase process. Rolando R. Was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and the finance process. I would also like to thank Dan for allowing my husband and I to test drive a Bronco while we were in the search process. All of the employees at the dealership were very helpful. I was pleased that I never felt pressured to buy the car. I would recommend this dealership when shopping for a Ford.

This is the 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership and it’s the only one I’ll do business with in the Youngstown area. The dealership is extremely well kept and modern. The staff is great from the salespeople to the managers and they don’t put on any annoying sales pitches. Everything is straightforward and transparent which makes for easy car deals. My salesman was Bobby, he did almost all the leg work through phone and email which made it very hassle free. I let him know what I was looking for and he had the vehicle ready before I even walked in the door. Bobby made the process enjoyable and I’ll be back for two more cars as soon as my current leases are up.

On July 30 spoke to John, very good salesman, about the Ranger Raptor they had on the lot. Had been looking for one, I am located down in south Florida. John said to put a deposit on the vehicle to "hold" it, I was never sent any paperwork on the actual price of the vehicle at the time, therefore I was never able to enter into any signed agreement for the vehicle, I went ahead over the phone and gave a deposit. The next day 7/31/2024 passed with no phone call from finance dept., I was not even sure if I was approved for financing and not even sure if the deal was a go. The next morning ,8/01/2024, my local dealer said they had the exact same truck, and being that it was the local dealer, decided to go with purchase from them, this would avoid paying for transportation cost to get vehicle from Ohio to South Florida. I also had still not heard anything form the financing dept. on approved credit, numbers etc. I called the John (salesman) he said the deposit was non refundable, and told me to speak with his manager ( Joe), who said he would speak to owners about refunding deposit , which was $1000. It has been over 30 days, after multiple calls with no response, I have still not been refunded or had a return call. I also later found out that I was not approved for credit on vehicle and would not of been able to purchase the vehicle. So be aware of leaving any deposits for a vehicle with this dealership, you may not get it returned.

Bkale is an absolute beast at what he does, I love the car I bought from and wouldn't have wanted to get it from anyone else.
