The shop was very busy. Standard oil change and tire rotation. I also had them do a check of brakes and rotors. All good. A newer salesman Kenny DeSantis came out and said hi ( that’s the second time he’s done that ) to everyone in the lounge area and engaged in a short conversation. Got his card and I’ll remember that next time I’m in the market. Best of all , I used my Cadillac points to pay for everything. Happy Camper!!

Patrick was professional to work with, he will do what he can to advocate for you. Alex the Manager is very personable and will work with your situation as long as your honest and upfront with him. Chip makes finalizing it all smooth. Great guys!

Our sales rep, Ben Tiratto was very pleasant and great to work with. We got a quality car at a fair price. Our finance guy however, became quite unpleasant and borderline rude after we decided not to purchase an extended warranty. We understand that our decision probably kept him from getting commission for selling the warranty, but we certainly did not appreciate his sudden attitude change. We would however still recommend Columbiana Cadillac Chevrolet if you are searching for a new vehicle. Nice cars at good prices. 0

Easy to schedule on line, love that they have Saturday service hours.Arrived at appointment, was welcomed with a friendly introduction. Car was serviced within the hour. Very professional on check out.Will continue to have car serviced at dealership as long as they keep Saturday service hours.

Patrick was awesome. He was helpful, understanding and supportive. We are glad he was our salesperson. Kudos! To him. Financial guy, don't v remember that he introduced himself. Was fake and pushy. Rushed through details to get to selling us extra insurance. I was not impressed. If he was selling cars we would not be having this conversation.

Service here is absolutely fantastic. Will bend over backwards to help anyone and always have gone the extra step. I will not go anywhere else. They Service Manager- Aaron was a pleasure to work with.That being said.. I have had problems with Cochrans since they bought Sweeney, I hope Columbiana doesn't go down hill.Update: The sales department seems to be going the wrong way, I was working with a salesman Patrick about buying out a lease and he quit contacting me. So apparently they don’t want business at the sales department.

Had a great experience buying a truck from them. Drove an hour to get there but was very happy with the truck and Tim and Jake from sales did a great job. I would recommend this place.

Patrick went beyond to accommodate all my questions and concerns... A+Finance, felt rather rushed in his office. But was understanding and accommodating to the 1 issue we did have.Overall it was a very good experience.
