My husband drove seven hours overnight to pick a car up we were in talks with for almost 2 months and trade in our current van. They lied about what they would give us even though we sent in pictures and had it appraised in Illinois where we live. All the managers were extremely rude and could care less about our business. There are other Buick dealerships in that area that will help you. Steve the manager and all of his associates underneath are horrific. Steve never even came out to talk to my husband about the deal that he couldn't commit to even though my husband left his four kids and drove through the night because he thought we had a deal. We were stupid but I don't want anyone else to believe anything this dealership has to say. I should've listened to the other reviews. They lied about several things. Do not trust them, get your car elsewhere.

Dealer was very responsive and was able to work on my Silverado very quickly. Was just out of warranty and needed a power flush to correct the issue with transmission slipping. I informed them before brining to them that if there was a bill I wanted to speak to someone at GM as this was a known issue. Dropped truck off and was called that GM covered a bulk of the bill. That I was a great experience so far. Paid over the phone and my wife took me after work to pick up. Went to get in the truck to leave and both drivers and passenger seats were moved all the way back and lowered all the way. I had an umbrella underneath the drivers seat that has been there since I bought the truck in 2017 and I always move the seat all the way back when bringing in for service at various dealerships. Basically what I found was the umbrella jammed into the motor that works the seat not allowing it to move forward or back. I did call to see if I could get work instructions as I think I might just be able to fix it. I knew calling I was going to get blamed for the issue even though I have had this truck at several dealerships and never had this issue. The response I got was that they need to feel comfortable driving on the rack and that if I would have informed them not to move the seat...at that point I was done listening. I was in the market for a new car for my wife and a service dept for my work. They took a good experience and made me salty. I know where I will never go back to

I’m blown away! The service center at Columbiana Cadillac is incredible! I worked with Clay who was amazing but got to interact with several other employees and the were all absolutely wonderful. I went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond! The oil change included a tire rotation and car wash. They also checked over everything and found a leak in my tire. They even fixed it for free since since it wasn’t something I was expecting. When I got to my car, I was surprised with a nice bottle of ice cold water on this hot, humid day. This is customer service to the max and I am officially a lifetime customer! Thank you Columbiana Cadillac!

Not to be trusted. The birthplace and proving grounds of "the proverbial used car salesman". Integrity, good faith, fair play are not in their vocabulary.We reached an agreement on a car and trade, I had an appointment to complete the purchase. They sold the car to another buyer and canceled my appointment. Car shopper beware.
