Tried to get a warranty repair done on my Honda and they said I burned all the oil off myself or didn't put any in when actually apart failed under the warranty and leaked all the oil out and now they won't cover bullshit

Folks? I had a very good experience with this Ace hardware in Ohio...
First I'm in Baltimore... So this was all on the phone...
I was trying to find a Guide Bar for my late 90s pole Saw...
I was checking out a lot of different places online and on the phone so I called this one store but they didn't have it... BUT they recommended this Ace hardware as they could see the stock saying they had the part...
Sure enough I gave them a call and I talked with Carly and she was very nice and she checked it out and they had the part?...
she was also working with Debbie in the store... They were BUSY but they were still trying to help me and handle it ALL...
I didn't buy it right away and I hung up letting them know I may be calling them back...
So then I checked some other places but in all honesty the answers and the way they handled me on the phone at the other stores who also had the part was NOWHERE near as professional or as good as Carly and Debbie at this Ace hardware...
Also, What I noticed right away was how down to earth they BOTH was and the way they made me feel as if I was in the store with them similar to a local hardware store here where I live but yet they're in Ohio and on the phone..
So I hung up again.. but later called back asking more questions but still Didn't commit and do you know that every time I called they NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I was BOTHERING THEM even though they were BUSY in the store helping other customers...
Needless to say I was very impressed ?...
Folks that's hard to find these days getting customer service like that especially with how they handled me and the courtesy they gave me helping me buy this part for my Saw..
So with that I of course bought the part from THIS Ace hardware on the phone...
The part fits perfect and works great and my saw is FIXED....
The part was a little hard to find but this Ace hardware had it ?... plus with the other stores a lot of times they said the part was in stock but it WASN'T after you call....
it was even harder trying to get GOOD customer service which I certainly received with Carly and Debbie at this Ace Hardware..
Carly and Debbie thank you? for all your customer service and your Knowledge with this Saw part...
It was very much appreciated and also the service you gave me actually making me feel as if I was in the store and I was dealing with a local hardware store here...
I'll certainly be doing business again with you and this Ace hardware store and appreciate all your kindness and hard work..

Needed a saw blade late one evening, and this store was open when 3 other stores that were much closer were closed.
The store was very well stocked.
The cashier was very helpful and had a great smile!

I along with a lot of others have been long time customers of Ace parts department and over the past year it has gone down hill rapidly. They use to have one of the best parts pros around and this person has left due issues within this store/management. Now you change hours due to lack of help and not wanting to give valuable employees overtime.WELL,, I got news for everyone, when the rest of your good help quits you might as well close the doors. Stop paying people to come to work and play on their phones and not do anything, get ride of the dead weight and add their pay to the people that will keep your business going.
