Carrie is very unprofessional! Lost my papers that I took in and handed to her so my insurance got canceled and I had to get a new policy. Cost me the same as the other but I dropped a car and a driver. Will be calling other places for quotes.

Twice left on side of road. Had to call other tow truck. Long time member but first time I needed to use the trip interruption services and rental car they tell me they discontinued it this year. What about all the years I paid for the ability to use this. Got a battery from them had to replace it with another 4 weeks later. New replacement needs to be jumped to start. Garbage company when you need them. Even their new atlas is now crap. Never been so disappointed with what I thought was a quality company. Tried to use the travel service for a trip to Disney but found a travel agent with much better prices

Takes 8 phone transfers just to get to someone in your home state who can help. Then....only half of those people are qualified/permitted to do insurance....or towing...etc. useless membership, even more useless insurance

I was stranded in Ohio. The AAA worker came from another town to take the service calls. It was Labor Day weekend and all garages were short staffed. He came...fixed my tire efficiently and sent me on my way. I was very satisfied!! AAA is Aok!
