If I could give a 0 star I would. The owner sent people to my house to fix my garage door and they ended up hitting my house with there trucks and weren’t careful at all. The owner is a rude old hag and doesn’t have any patience for nothing

Garage door broke on Tuesday. After speaking with Kelly she scheduled a Wednesday appointment. Jack and Bob arrived as scheduled. Everyone was friendly and professional. Garage door was repaired in under an hour. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend Potter Overhead Door to anyone needing garage door work.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people behind it!!! From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and super friendly!!! These folks are easy to work with and want you get exactly what you want while fitting into various budgets. After installation today, the two guys were so patient with all my questions and answered everything completely. I definitely recommend Potter overhead doors!!!! Excellent job folks!!! Thank you!!!!

Tim did a great job with our install. He showed up on time, was friendly, and was nice to my dog. He cleaned up after the install and also made suggestions for the window placement. Potter was very responsive to our questions and phone calls. We are very happy with the finished product.

Potter OD installed my garage doors in 2002. My double garage door spring broke 19 years later. Jack and Bob from Potter OD came out the next day and repaired/replaced the springs, a broken hinge (car back into…oops) and lubed both of my door for a very reasonable price. Professional, thorough, and prompt: Call Potter Overhead Door. My garage doors are now quiet and work like new!
