“Tractor Supply made things right.
Had a Carhartt item exclusive to Tractor Supply become defective and unravel. I left a review on here and TSC Corporate got in touch with me. They agreed to return it and make things right. I was able to exchange and get the shirt I wanted. I appreciate the excellent customer service (Jessica @ corporate in Brentwood). This is how you keep customers and do right by your customers. I appreciate it TSC. I'll definitely be back.

She also very helpful in answering any questions you might have and is so friendly and cheerful that even the bunnies were on their best behavior! Thankfully everything was taken care of and apologies expressed both ways. Thank you Kevin & Pet Supplies Plus. ORIGINAL: Currently sitting in front of the store. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us. I'm extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn't be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn't exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.”
“Nice store but too small. Isles are very narrow and it's packed to the gills. Hard to move around and shop in there. Employees are great but it's just to difficult to shop there.”

“It is a great place. They carry top of the line food. Owner is very knowledgeable and can set you up with a food to suit your babies. He has probiotics that are made to canine DNA which has worked tremendously for my one year old that has allergies. My puppy is a rescue witch came with issues which now she is doing fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place for your fur babies nutrition”

“I have been coming to this location for so long now and they’ve always been so happy and helpful, I witnessed a rude customer cursing because someone was asking about product and he couldn’t check out as fast as he’d have wanted to, but if someone is unsure about a product the employees are more than happy to help and people should be more patient because there doesn’t appear to be too many people all at once and there’s a lot to do! Great team, great service, great store!!!”

“A well supplied farm and garden store with pleasant clerks and other help. They have almost everything farm or garden related and always very helpful. Their yard area is huge with every garden or agricultural item you might need. The even have a hardware section in the store.”
“Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit. I got a call a couple hours later saying everything was all set. The fire pit is working again. Very pleased with the work they did and the money saved. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. Job well done!”
