I love this branch! Shane is super helpful and I do all of my business and personal banking here...this location is head and shoulders above the Strongsville branch.

Don't depend on the ATM, it's almost never functional. There is a young teller who is not friendly. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different branch. This is a shame used to be a great branch with Mindy & Sarah working here..now it's terrible.

Was good when it was First Merit. Since the change this place is a joke. There is a Fifth Third next door. I will be moving my accounts. Would rate a zero if I could.

Staff is very nice but never seems to help the incredibly long wait times and horrible hours which will soon be shortening. The area desperately needed a Huntington branch but it has been nothing but a disappointment since it opened. "I'm very sorry for your wait" is a sentence I hear on every visit. Give yourself a good half hour extra if you need to visit this branch.

My husband has stopped at this branch two weeks in a row to cash his check and was told he had to deposit entire check . It is on his way home from work . He drives truck so there is not always time to get to other branches before you close . We deposit money weekly and monthly , there is no reason this should happen . Very dissappointed in your service staff . Sad that the color of his skin has to be issue . Gentleman came in at same time different race and cashed entire check on a new account . My husband went last week and this week to different branch and got cash . All branches should be same !!! So livid !!!!

I opened a business account there last January. In the busy holiday season I forgot to open my mail. When I did, I found that they had let my account go into $120 in arrears without ever contacting me, with another $50 being added every day. When I asked why they did not email or phone me about the problem, they replied, "Did you sign up for on-line banking?" Evidently, unless you are an on-line banker you do not qualify for what I consider ordinary consideration. Be wary! This bank will suck you dry without you ever knowing it, like a true vampire!
