ATT has better service than Bernie provided. I would put negative stars if I could. When we signed up, we told him we would be there definitely for one month maybe two and asked what we should do. He responded that he has our card on file and will charge it again. So we are two weeks into our second month and rent a uhaul, go to our storage unit and there is a red lock on it. I called him and he said he couldn't help me because he was out of town. So I called the next day and he said our card was not on file (which he then later admitted to my boyfriend it was) and told me that it was MY responsibility to be checking my bank statement to make sure that I was charged? He never even gave us a call to say “hey I don't have that you paid this month.†He then continued to yell at me and hung up on me. So I went to his office and have never been more disrespected in my life. He refused to talk to me and closed the window in my face 6 different times. Never once would he answer my question “why didn't you call us?†He is the biggest scam artist. Any other place you either get a bill in the mail, they automatically charge your card, or they give you a call and say you haven't paid. Why would I check my bank acct when he assured that our card was on file and he would charge us? I have never had to deal with this kind of service in my life. He wouldn't even waive he second month for us since it was HIS fault that we then had to get a second uhaul since he locked our unit. I'm assuming he did this so that he could auction off our beloninging after 30 days of not paying. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE.

Horrible experience!! There are SO many storage facilities around DO NOT used this one!!! I had to put 1 star otherwise this comment would not post, however, they don't deserve even one star.

24 hour access. Clean new storage. Moved from another place because this place is the best.

You have to exit your vehicle and unlock a combination lock and slide the gate yourself to get in.
