I checked out and then got an email of my "order status changed". I didn't know what that ment so I had to call them. I tell the one who answered what Im calling about and without a word she puts me on hold. Then I get a guy on the phone telling me they are backordered and don't know if they can deliver it to CA. Then the next day he emails me and tells me that there is an extra fee from the shipping company they use for delivering to a residence and he needs to pass that along. Its not even about the money, its the principle. After telling Nick about these issues he canceled my order. I NEVER wanted to do that! TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nick from Mile-X is amazing! Such great customer service. I had a slight issue with a machine tool when it was delivered, and Nick was on it right away. I'm in safe hands and I would recommend buying from this company.

The staff is polite and helpful but there a shipping address mixup. which lead me to find out they ship their dake products from laguna tools. Mile x has no control over shipping the product they depend on laguna tools. Which is why it too so long for the item to ship. Waited 19 days till igot my saw. Never got a tracking number ect. So I had to drive 40 minutes to pickup my saw. Wouldn't suggest buying from mile x equipment.

The price was good, that's why its 2 stars and not 1.Experience was not great. They didn't tell me there was a 4 week delay on the item I ordered. They actually sent me an invoice the day after I paid and it was marked "Shipped", but was not truly shipped.I had to work directly with the manufacture to get real help on my order. Looking back I would have gladly paid more and bought direct from the manufacture instead of the experience I had with Mile-X.

Ordered a pair of ESCO 22 ton jack stands. The price was very good and they were shipped in 1 day (I called in advance to verify that the jacks were in stock). Great service from Mile-X Equipment Inc, thank you!

The Sales person I purchased from was not helpful. The lift they shipped was incorrect. I've emailed them. I'll update this review if they help resolve the issue.

Excellent service and communication. I ordered a hydraulic shop press and couldn't be happier. Had a couple of hiccups with FedEx Freight, but Mile-X was on top of it. Thanks so much to your team for your friendly customer service. I will order from you again soon!

First time I decided to give Mile - X an order based upon positive google reviews but was this a mistake. I ordered a car lift and other accessories. I was told by Chelle this takes 3 to 5 business days which I ordered the lift on Wednesday morning. I checked on the order the following Thursday which is the 6th day as I still didn't receive anything from Mile-X. I spoke to Chelle again via chat which she then informed me that the order was not placed until Monday even though I had placed the order the morning of wednesday 6/23. The following Monday came which still not word from Mile-X so I wanted to cancel my order. This time I had I started chatting with Missy who would not cancel my order because she stated Bend-Pak was not open yet. She stated it would open at 7:30 pacific time which was 30 minutes. I left the chat window because I keep getting new information every time. Unfortunately, Missy closed the chat window on her end because when I tried to cancel my order 40 minutes later I couldn't get anyone anymore. I had received the message no one is available please leave a message. I called instead which someone did answer right away. I just asked to cancel my order which the person just put me on hold and transferred me to James without my knowledge. to shorten this review James was responsive and very professional which is the reason for the 2 stars. He called Bend-Pak, got confirmation that my order still was not shipped, and cancel my order like he said he would. If I would have received all the information up front and not received the run-around when I tried canceling my order (from their support staff) everything would have been fine.

They will take the time to take you into the warehouse and even unbox items your interested in and explain everything while showing you the pros and cons af the equipment as well! Awesome people and very helpful!
