If I could give them 0 stars I would, it's funny they push you to give em a good rating as they send you put the door before all the dust settles as if they are hoping we aren't able to edit these as mine was initially 5 stars as they requested. They will buy your junker and sell it for the same price you purchased it 5 years ago. And won't even fix the things wrong with it, and that's the same quality they push to you as a buyer of a used car too. They make empty promises and they push all blame out the door onto you the SEEM nice and honest but in reality are very low and deceitful salesmen. If you're considering a car here RUN this is you're warning to steer clear so you don't wind up as swindled as I did!

My husband drove by, saw an awesome little car hed like to purchase. Had a great experience purchasing the car, the staff was kind and courteous. He brought the car home and I noticed to radio and other few issues (radio not working) (airbag light and check engine light ) those lights came on after (just a few hrs after purchasing the car). So he called them and they said definitely bring it back down and they would take a look. I went out of my way to take the car down. I was told about the issues with the check engine light & airbag light were because the car was modified so no worries there. BUT the mechanic told us the car needed a new radio and that they would take care of EVERYTHING and the radio would in working order once they were finished. So I went back n forth SEVERAL times to drop of the car and was told this and that and this and that. Total garbage communication. I finally after weeks of no communication was told to drop off the car that the radio would be installed. Radio was installed, still NOT working .... They completely acted like they had no idea about getting it in working order. Absolutely ridiculous. Bad communication.

They are absolutely TERRIBLE to deal with after the fact. They are great and friendly to your face during the deal but once it’s done lord forbid something go wrong with your vehicle or you need something to provide the state for title work then it turns stupid! I feel so bad for the lady at the tag agency she was appalled by the way I was talked to by them on speaker phone!
