I've been stuck in staging area for 5 hours and not loaded yet ...long wait my time ran out .not a good place feline loads.. appointment was 4pm now 10pm and nothing other are complaining also ?

I arrived over 12 hours early and Bryan and Diana were absolutely amazing. It was 10pm and they were done by 1030. Will definitely let my company know this is a load on will gladly take again!! Great job!
