I have had my car in for work four times over the last 6-8 wks. The last time was because of a coolant leak after having had the water pump replaced with first time in their shop. I called yesterday afternoon to inquire about status of my car which was going to be worked on either Tuesday or Wednesday, since i had not had any communication and after being placed on hold was eventually told they just finished working on it. I asked what had been determined and was Informed the thermostat housing needed replaced due to "dry rot" (my car is a 2009 so wear & tear expected) but why was this not addressed when first serviced? I seriously doubt it deteriorated in a short 6 week span of time. I am also extremely frustrated that I explicity wrote on the drop envelope "request estimate for repairs, please" this most recent time in their shop. I never was contacted to discuss source/issue with coolant leak; nor was I informed of an issue with the battery which was replaced w/o my consent. I was aware of corrosion on left terminal which was there the last time my car had been in for service and makes me question why if a serious issue it was not discussed so it could have been addressed at that time? Three gallons of coolant and almost 2K later, I am glad to have my car back so I can go about living life, I have no intentions of ever needing to open the gate to retrieve a vehicle from your fenced lot in the future.

I needed new hinges for my bucket truck tool bed cabinet doors. They fabricated new hinges and installed a new latch on one door. They were prompt, and the doors work as they should. Paige was professional and answered all of my questions.

I live in wood county but I'm working on a construction project in clyde. My truck broke down at the job site and needed to be towed away and fixed. I knew I wanted to use a local company but didn't know who. After googling auto repair shops in the area I decided on rush repairs and recovery. They towed it out the same day but said they couldn't get it in the shop for a week which i was ok with that. Not a problem. They called me the next day and said it was done. You can't always believe negative reviews. My experience with rush was amazing and a very reasonable price. The lady who I talked to on the phone multiple times was very professional and respectful. No complaints from me. Give them a call.

They must do only road services or expensive repairs. We came to them to replace a tire on a semi trailer ( we had a spare ) they said we have no time to do it. I understand they may be busy but I never had an issue to replace a tire before on any other shop. It’s 15 minute job . We have our own shop and we never turn around anyone who need simple 15 minutes job. This is just our experience with this shop.Update : after I left them 2 star review the owner of the shop called us and threaten our workers at the office yelling using coarse language , saying he will call DOT to find our truck and punish him and sue us for something:))

Third time my car has leaked oil after this company repaired it. I got told that it's not their fault that the oil filter housing keeps breaking. When we took the car to another shop the oil filter wasn't even tightened properly. When brought up that this would be the third time they have attempted to fix the issue and not done properly the manager was rude and even stated he didn't know what my problem was. Very poor customer service.
