Choose State Farm, but don't choose Kent Miller as your agent. Customer service is sorely lacking. Unresponsive to phone calls and emails, and is sloppy and careless in his attention to details regarding your policy changes & updates. Beware!

Kent has upped our auto policy limits and cut the rate in half of what we were paying in Florida. I know it's really the insurance being less in Ohio, but, Kent is a really good agent. Home insurance is extremely reasonable, also. Overall, he's a very laid back, good guy!
