Unloading with empty racks is at door 7Open from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Downloads start at 6:30 a.m.

They are really fast in unloading. If you have racks than it’s long waiting always so many trucks ahead but will unload very fast on dock 7 and if you have auto parts than you don’t have to stay in queue you will get dock very quick. You can check in from call box at entrance. Washrooms available at office. Opens early around 6:30 till 2pm i guess. I don’t think there is overnight parking bcz there is gate in front of company entrance but you can park at side of any street

I run Automotive out of the Detroit area for Swift Transportation. This place is the bomb for getting a live load. I had an 09:00 appointment on 02/21/23. I got to the facility at 08:50 communicated via the call box and was told to back into door 0. I hit the door at 09:00, was loaded and gone by 09:30! Make your appointment on time and you're gone. Also a lot of room to maneuver. Great people and I'd definitely pick up here again!

I deliver and pickup here everyday. They unload me in one dock and reload in another. They always get me in and out in a timely manner. Hilo driver Don is VERY friendly and keeps the order of the trucks very professionally. Everyone in shipping office is very nice.
