For live loads don’t arrive early, they wont start loading until your appointment time.

I arrived at the time of my appointment and they unloaded me very quickly as well as the recharge, it took an hour and a half

Unloading with empty racks is at door 7Open from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Downloads start at 6:30 a.m.
