Since Fall of 2023 I've used this post office to ship out a large number of goods. They've always done well. I also get my mail from them and I've only once had a problem receiving mail in the two years I've lived back in the area. Very happy with them!

Don't waste your time. Your better off never using them. Cleves Post Office is the worst. I would give them negative stars if possible.

4 years ago i had issues with this post office but i am pleased to say things have tremendously improved.I had several packages being held and the tracking was all screwed up. After stopping in the post office, Dion had not only brought everything out for me, including several slips, but took the time to try n figure out what happened aswell and ensure that this was resolved.The friendly and professional service provided this morning has truly impressed me, and i am even more confident that even if i have a us mail issue, the office will get me taken care of.If i had to offer criticism, guys, please answer your phone during your posted open hours.Thank you guys very much again in resolving my issues and being very friendly, professional, and fast!Richard Lehner

This place has an easy drive up drop off. The site overall is very clean with plenty of parking most of the time. Easy access off the road makes a simple drop off at the mailbox in your car very easy an convenient.

If I don't get my stimulus check because apparently you don't do general delivery I'm bringing a lawyer. I shouldn't have to request multiple bank cards because you decide they're undeliverable. I also shouldn't have to go to a different post office to get any of my mail.
