“Yesterday I took my sons iPhone into get the screen repaired. He shattered the entire LCD screen.I took it in and the men are humble. They gave a fare price to fix it. I was extremely skeptical. He said 45 min. I instantly thought, there’s no way.I came back a hour later and the phone looked brand new. I couldn’t believe the job that he did on this phone. It looked like it came straight from the apple factory. No blemishes. The work he did was amazingly good. As good as if not Better than any apple employee.Im very blessed and thankful for them.Thanks again. Definitely saved me hundreds compared to buying a new phone.”

His hours are extremely convenient for the working person and his prices are surprisingly inexpensive for tech items. His best quality is his willingness to work with all customers and their budgets. “I have been coming to this store for years and have experienced good and bad service. Lately, they have been short staffed and I have had to wait longer than usual but the service has been worth the wait. While I was waiting for Amanda to finish working with another customer a new gentleman who just walked in the door approached me asking if I need help. Amanda told him I she was taking care of me and he mumbles- what the **** ever. He then started helping another customer and in my opinion was extremely unpleasant, dry and rude. I will be back but I will not allow this guy, I wish I knew his name, to take care of me. Bad bad hire. I know you guys need more staff but the quality of your choice in those you hire matter. “I have been with AT&T for several years and was relatively happy with the service until moving further away from the city last year. Dropped calls left and right but it wasn't enough of an issue to motivate me to change service providers.However, when my phone started having issues other than the dropped calls, I used my Apple Care to get a replacement phone. I forgot they use refurbished phones when going through Apple Care and this "new" phone totally sucked !!!From Day One, the phone had issues and my cell service only got worse and worse. Having bought a business in January of this year, I desperately needed a new phone and was told by multiple people to change to Verizon.Having such limited time with being a new business owner, I literally put off going to Verizon for close to a year until I couldn't take the embarrassment for even one more day of not being able to communicate with employees, clients and suppliers due to my everlasting technical issues!Carter at the Verizon store in Lawrenceburg is the person who went above and beyond to make the switch to Verizon a painless experience (well, for me and my boyfriend it was painless, not sure if that was the case for Carter lol...although he showed nothing but patience and top notch customer service throughout the entire process)!Not only did he help switch everything from AT&T, he also helped us with adding a new line, buying a new phone AND he helped us to establish a Verizon business account for four of our lines. He also stayed well past closing time to help get this done.Huge thank you to Carter (and shout out to Ronald, whom we had met the prior day and had first suggested opening a business account)!!! I am grateful for all of his help and patience in getting this all done tonight. Knowing I needed to do this has been hanging over my head for months...and now that it's done, I feel a huge weight has been lifted...all because of Carter being willing to go above and beyond to take care of us. Added bonus, he has a totally delightful personality, great sense of humor and a keen attention to detail.Cannot recommend the Lawrenceburg Verizon store enough!”
“They worked an hour and a half to get 2 phones switched over. They spent most of it on the phone with Metro because there was problems switching them. In the end they were able to get my bill dropped from $120 to $100 for 4 phones on top of getting my new phones switched. Everything was completed 38 minutes after they were supposed to close. I never felt rushed. Thank youThis store went above and beyond”

“I ran over a large nail a few weeks back on a Sunday. I checked around to see if I could get it fixed that day instead of installing the temporary spare. I dropped my tire off at my local Sam's club in Springdale, they had my tire repaired in less that 2 hours. They made my day 100% better.I can depend on Sam's Club for replacement tires at a reasonable price time after time. Eight sets purchased to date.”
