Bought 3 packs os Splash flavored water and mistakenly left them under the cart. When I realized my mistake I rushed back but they were no longer on the cart. I went inside to check if someone brought them to Customer Service. One of managers (Red Vest) heard conversation with front end worker. She said “we’ll replace them for you-just go get them”. I was so surprised at this awesome Customer Service experience that I didn’t get her name. You know who you are so THANK YOU-YOU’RE AWESOME!!

You disappointed my grandson for his birthday. If your airbrush machine is not working and people order a birthday cake please call them and let them know so they can make other arrangements very unprofessional and sloppy.

I like my old kroger. I don’t feel lost in it like the bigger stores. The lady back in the deli is super nice.

Found everything but the receipt. Those self checkouts can be confusing where the change comes out and the receipt came out from a separate machine way up on the left.

One of the better Kroger stores in the region. Even though it's not "my" Kroger, I've always enjoyed coming here. It's clean, well stocked, and coming has always been an overall enjoyable shopping experience. I still prefer the ones in Aurora and Harrison over Cleves, but this is a very fine store.

For the love of God, put more people working the counter at the deli. There's three people back there, but only one person helping customers. It's been like that for years. You have to wait 30-45 minutes sometimes just to get lunch meat. It's ridiculous!

This heavy set dirty blonde hair lady working the register was really rude and impatient. Like she works in customer service a smile and courteous would have been nice. Definitely going to Harrison krogers next time.

Maybe because I moved here from Columbus where we have more options for grocery stores. Kroger is consistently out of healthier food options, like Jennie O Turkey breast and cutlets, organic and low cal options. Many things at expiration date that look too old to be sold. Need Giant Eagle to come in and give them competition.

I’ve had issues with various Kroger locations for years, but this one absolutely takes the cake when it comes to the worst Kroger experiences I’ve ever had. All but one of the employees in the pharmacy are rude and have an attitude any time I try to fill a prescription, and the wait times are ridiculous and inaccurate. Every time I go in this store I find multiple items that have been expired by several months to even years, and nothing is ever done about it when I bring it to their attention. I stopped placing delivery orders because all the produce they would deliver would be rotten, but after seeing a coupon last week that made it seem worth a shot, I placed a delivery order. 80% of the produce was so rotten it was dripping brown juice all over everything else in the order, and customer service still tried to argue and give me store credit instead of a refund for the items that literally had to go directly in the trash. Oh, and conveniently they cancelled enough items in my order to invalidate the coupon that convinced me to try delivery again in the first place. Woke up this morning, six days after placing the order, to find I had been charged for it a second time, resulting in an overdraft on my bank account, and of course there’s “nothing they can do”. I realize this review is not going to make any difference about the issues I’ve experienced/am experiencing, but hopefully it encourages someone else to choose a different grocery store, because this one needs to get their act together.
