Never had an issue until recently. My husband went to pick up a script twice this past weekend and they were closed. I looked up the hours and scheduled my clicklist for 2-3p so that the pharmacy would be open so I would do everything in one trip. 2:30p pharmacy drive thru is still closed.

Long wait on phone one but understandable due to how busy they are. But informative and helpful. 1st time ever going, but they all were very nice.

2nd pharmacy drive thru has been done for a few years why hasn't it been taken care of to help with the overflow of cars,it's ridiculous there's several techs that r very slow and the line goes from 2 cars to about 15 in a matter of minutes. It doesn't matter what time I go there it's slammed. Or I get a text saying medicines are ready I go and they r not or haven't been started or have them on order.

Went to Whitewater Kroger today 10/22/22. Kroger was out of milk, yogurt, eggs, private selection buns, and sliced Kroger cheese. It would be a great place to shop if it had food. This is not the first time for this to happen. Management needs to be replaced. Do not shop here.

Popped in to grab some items for a friend. I was able to get in and out. The self checkout attendant Melissa was friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and well stocked.

Judge people by their looks and if you don't look right you get treated like a criminal. Very insulting to hear "SECURITY, MONITOR SECTION 85!" over the intercom when you're the only person in the store just because you happened to walk in the vicinity of the exit with your cart full of groceries. Then, they very obviously staged a stock boy up front to make sure I scanned all my stuff and paid (and didn't try to just walk out of the store, I guess?) who they then dismissed for the night as soon as my receipt printed out; again, all VERY obvious. Completely absurd! Horrible manager to treat a long time and loyal customer this way. I literally shop here all the time and drop $500+ per month easy between this one and Lawrenceburg. Will start making the drive to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Fresh Thyme. This happened Thursday May 19 near closing time, btw.

I asked the pharmacist if the medication came in liquid form or a smaller size she told me to crush it. I read the pamphlet and you can’t crush it and the emergency room said all she had to do is call for another order, I paid for something I can’t use

I always shop here when I'm on that side of town because of the high level of Customer Service, and how clean and well stocked they keep their Kroger. Obviously a direct result of "Top Notch Management ". On this trip, last Friday 11/13/20, I was in a big hurry, late for a Birthday party and needed awesome flower bouquet. Never used their floral shop before, and as much as Kroger is always my go to for just about every thing, I stopped by and told the kind lady behind the counter, exactly what I needed, and how much of a hurry I was in. I also told her that money was no object, and please keep in mind that this bouquet is for a VERY special lady's 90th Birthday. This was her response to me...... I can tell how important this is to you so why don't you go ahead and grab the few things in the store that you need, stop back here at the floral shop, when you are ready to check out...We will have your flowers ready for you. I thanked her, and 20 minutes later I returned. There on the counter was one of the most BEAUTIFUL BOUQUETS of flowers I have seen in a long time. Guess how much the charge was!??? $30.00. I would have paid twice that easily! She did not take advantage of me, and WOW ... I was so excited I stopped a manager on my way out, to tell him, and show him about the flowers. I regret that I didn't get a picture, very hectic day, but my experience will remain with me for a long time. Thank you Kroger in Cleves Ohio, Thank you Floral Ladies!!!@!
