They have inexperienced managers that refuse to abide by legal documents making me executor of my father's estate. What a joke of bank. I've been with 5/3 for 17 yrs but I will probably be seeking a new one after this. It's signed by the judge and everything and they still refused.

I opened an account here 2 weeks ago and still don't have access to online or mobile banking. I have to visit a branch to check my balance. Guess it's time for a different bank already.
