This place offer housing for young adults 18-24 years of age. However you can only access it if you are homeless and living in either a men's or women's shelter. A referral must be made and Independence Place must have an opening available. This place offer daycare for the moms and dads in the building, peer supportive services ect....Great place to start for young adults living on their own for the first time. This is an income based building.
