10/10 business. They always look out for me and Zach J. Always takes care of me - I rarely shop anywhere else in Cleveland, or anywhere for that matter. On and ahead of trends- found some of my favorite pieces and designers just by taking their recommendation.I've been to both locations (W.25 and VA) in Cleveland and both offer large selections and overall relaxed vibe - W.25 is closer so I go there more often. I checked my mail and my cameras I haven’t received this package and it says it’s been delivered I have checked my cameras and mail box and nothing has been deliveredI never received my shoes ?

Not sure which location is responsible for shipping, or if they have like a separate warehouse for that. That being said I ordered a top last Friday, subtracting weekend days it was to my house in two days and they include a return label, which is small but with the number of companies charging for returns I was happy to see that. Im glad to have found a new retailer to shop at.

Would be my favorite store again if Adidas sold ivy park to the Cleveland store again with the lookbook. The Michigan staff is very new but wasn't much help. They didn't have anything at the store either. Hopefully next experience will be better.
