A really clean laundromat, friendly staff, Rachel was the best in showing me and explaining the card system..the restroom was spotless..the only complaint I have is ...No Pepsi in machine..

Best laundromat on the West side of Cleveland. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is they aren't open 24 hours.

First time coming here today and I thought it was going to be a very nice place cuz it's very clean and machines are new but then you see how misleading it is when they say free dry but you only are allowed 18 minutes even if you pay $11 to wash in a huge washing machine you're still only giving 18 minutes a free drive before you have to pay 33 cents for every 6 minutes or every 50 cents for every 3 minutes so very misleading very misleading also bought two sodas from the soda machine both sodas were expired the first one was expired in January I'm sorry in March and the second one was in January of this year so $2 each bottle that's $4 and they were both expired one I drank I drank the one from March but I threw them from January it's unacceptable and yes the employee did see both bottles very unsatisfied.

Never too busy. Good washers overpriced a tad. Whenever you want to add money to your card there’s a 1 dollar fee. However if your washer opens for any reason it knocks off your added cycles (extra rinse, extra spin , etc.) even if you paid for them. I asked the lady working there can she do something about it. She says no. Now I have to add more money including the fee. Sucks

For me I love this laundromat it stays clean quiet the staff is very nice. It only takes about 18 minutes to wash and the dryer is dry really good

Don't go here, you don't get what you pay for at Washville. I ended up paying for two repeat loads in their largest washing machine size-- with the same batch of clothes, taking over an hour and costing over $25-- because the worker could not help me, give me any refund, or contact the manager.I did a couple bags of laundry together in their largest size machine, and selected "Extra Wash", "Extra Rinse", and "Extra Spin" since the clothes were rather dirty. This brought my total up to $12.95 from $11.45. I paid for the load and started the machine. None of the three extras were selected upon starting, and the time total was only 19 minutes.I asked for the help of the worker, who checked my card transactions and confirmed that the machine charged me for the extra cycles. She said that she couldn't help me, and the fuse must be burned out on the lights, but only burned out after the cycle started. No surprise, after my load was done, my clothes were not clean. I was forced to pay for an entirely new wash cycle, where I again selected the "Extra wash" and "Extra Rinse" cycles, bringing my total up to $12.45. This time the machine functioned properly, at a total time of 25 minutes. I pointed out to the worker that the fuse was not broken, and it hadn't done any of the extra cycles the first time around. She said that the only thing she could do was bring this up to a manager at a later time. No thanks I will not be doing laundry here again.
