Waiting for an hour already on outdoors to get help horrible customer service team leader just told me she don't have access to the product in asking for how is that possible again no help from 3 different employees and a team leader haven't been in a walmart this bad

No one likes to answer the phones when someone's trying to call. Their employees don't know how to pick deliveries properly. Had a delivery just now had a small dark pepper grapes and some feminine products on my order and when my order gets here all I got was eggs. Did not have eggs on my order at all and I've been trying to call the store at least 10 times now and no one likes to answer their phones at all. This Walmart is ridiculous and every time I go in the store shelves or not properly stocked I just think the store needs either new employees and new managers or they need to just close the store down

HORRIBLE long lines... yes more workers finally but slow paces make major long lines.....spark drivers have lane what happened to 10 items or less...gotta stand in line for 30 mins for 2 things

Cons:
-The employees are so so sooooo rude. You can tell that 90% of them hate their lives.
-They close at 10, not 11 as the posted hours state.
-They close the self check out/spark/walmart+ lanes even earlier, leaving maybe 2 exhausted employees to handle a ton of last minute shoppers.
Pros: Much larger variety than other stores, if you can get someone to assist you in getting your items from the locked cases.
Bottom line: if you can go somewhere else, you’ll probably have a better experience..but it’s a Walmart, they’re always there as a backup plan ( just not past 10pm)

Don't go here if you can avoid it. No self checkout and rough crowd shopping here. This guy i know who lives in old Brooklyn told me that and he goes to the one on Ridge road if that's correct, idk I'm not a Westside. Anyway he's right but I went because it is closer.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Service is poor. Lines are always long and nobody cares. Be ready to spend hours there in line even if you’re getting 2 things.
