If you make me check myself out then why do you quality check my work by checking my receipt? Hire enough people to do the check out you want.

Unfortunately their not open later then 11pm but I'll take it. Love shopping here I'll go grocery shopping and end up with a new outfit. How awesome is that, I just wish they would consider staying open until 12 instead of 11 maybe one day

Rude as F&$@ like who in their right mind is letting this establishment continue to run. Lady literally told me to check the vegetable section for an item. Acted like I was bothering her (while she's holding her phone on speaker talking to boo boo) People pissing and shitting in the parking lot. Looks like they are hosting a demolition Derby from all of the rusted out rocker panels I see from the safety of my car rn. 1st visit to Cleveland and last. Stay classy Ohio.

It has to be a management issue at this horrible excuse for a store. When you order an item online for in store pickup, people tell you to walk to the garden center to where the online orders are, you get there then they basically shoo you away and tell you you have to drive around. Well, where you drive around, it is to the reserved spots with a phone number. Ok cool, now you think you can call someone and eventually get your order. Nope. You call the number and no one even answers. This is especially ridiculous when it was not a scheduled slot. Just an order that you recieve an email that it is ready for pickup. Then the very few people they have filling orders don't bother to ask if they can help you when they see you out of your car, clearly seeking someone who can give clarification. At that point you start getting highly irate because you cannot get a single answer from someone who might actually know something. Then they find it funny. Guess what. I had purchased an electric heater for my elderly father who had resorted to using a propane heater in the house to avoid turning the heat in the entire house up higher. So this was an incredibly stressful incident that did have to involve 2 people raising absolute hel! to simply get correct guidance for picking up an online order for 1 item! I will say, the man, Collin who was finally able to bring the item out actually listened to WHY this was incredibly confusing and frustrating. If you people would perhaps train your employees of what is going on beyond whatever is directly under their noses, then perhaps one could accurately direct someone instead of just pointing in a direction to just shoo someone away. And when they see someone obviously is trying to seek clarification, to not blatantly ignore them until they are pushed to a snapping point. Of like 6 employees, Colin was the only one to display a shred of human decency. Shame on you Walmart if you are either treating employees so poorly , they cannot even be decent human beings or, you just do not care about any standards of organization. I have been shopping at Target more and more for this very reason. Even your stores in suburban areas are becoming so ratchet and poorly managed, I am hearing of more and more people who are going their less and less. Your selfishness and reprehensible management will be your downfall. And if you cannot handle buy on line and pick up in store orders that are not scheduled, then don't offer that option. It's really that simple. Also, I tried calling the regular store and no one even answered that phone. Then you wonder when stressed people get fighting mad. Shame on you, your Strongsville store in particular. Not only that. It's been over a month that your restrooms in front have been out of service. There is absolutely zero excuse for what your store is becoming and it most certainly reflects that your organization has zero business value apart from making that almighty dollar. Shame on you.

Got into an argument with a store employee, I was leaving the store and had a big item that wouldn't fit in the Tagus provided. They wanted me to show a receipt I kindly refused. The associate put her hand on my basket and told me I couldn't leave, I explained to them that "you HAVE to show your receipt policy" is no where stated on the receipt, at any of the entrance/exits therefore I didn't. The lady said "it's the holiday time". I reiterated that that policy isn't posted. A manager came up scanned the item and said have a nice day and then made rude remark saying "next time just show the receipt" I followed by saying "next time post it & I will". After spending over $400 I won't be shopping here anymore.

we were out of town staying in Cleveland for medical treatment. I placed an order for delivery and I was sent an email that it was out for delivery, I waited 45 minutes past the expected arrival time and then tried to call the store, I tried multiple times and no one answered. called Walmart customer care and she told me it would be delivered the next day. it has come and gone and NO delivery, called store again multiple time, still NO answer. called walmart customer care again and they tried to contact the store and couldn't either. they said the store had not rescheduled my delivery so I just canceled the order, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I have to admit I read the reviews of this Walmart for laughs when trying to describe it to others. Will you get stabbed here? Maybe!

This is a pretty typical Walmart--trusty, reliable, no frills. This review is mainly for the AUTO CARE CENTER since I got a standard oil change here. It costs $35 (after tax) to get a standard oil change, which is on the lower side for sure! Get there early so that you have to wait less. To be honest I have no idea what the actual opening time is because I've seen different times on the website, on Google, and on yelp, but they definitely open at least at 9 AM. Once you get closer to noon a lot more cars coming in and you'll have to wait a lot later. I got there at nine and there was only one other car being serviced at the time three techs. I was able to get my car fixed while I waited at Starbucks for about an hour and then they called me to pick my car up. It was a very easy exchange, I looked at the receipt afterwards and saw that there were some things that they did not even offer me, like a vacuum of the carpet which I guess was actually included in the offer, but they said that I declined even though I never was asked.
