What an inconvenient trash dump of a store. Half the time it's closed when they say they're open, pharmacy closes early all the time. Most of the stuff is out of stock. When you finally do find what you're looking for you're stuck in a 15 minute line. Better off drive in 10 minutes down the road before wasting your time going to the store.

I’ve been over in this neighborhood for over 22yrs and I hate this drug store their so ratchet ghetto rude nasty and unprofessional staff members I have ever seen, the lines always long you’ll be in the drive through 30 mins plus which should take priority window always dirty property always dirty and trashy and you wonder why when black peoples make $50,000 plus we run to Suberin life!

Had a prescription called in for surgery on Thursday. Automated system called and said it’s ready. Go to pick it up, they’re closed. At 4:30pm. Go on Friday, only to be told the pharmacy would be closed until Monday. Ridiculous! They should shut this one down. Bad customer service all around. I will not be back and I pray they close it down~

People being rude to me is one thing, but when your rude to the doctor's office when they call in prescriptions, well that's another thing!All of this was straight from the them personally.. Don't get me wrong being rude isn't acceptable anyway you look at it, but it's extremely unprofessional for you to rude in anyway to a doctor's office...who does that??.if your unhappy in your current job or chosen profession then get another...you should be reprimanded and given some employee training class on how to be polite because this pharmacy is sorely lacking in this department. As for the older cashier lady in the mornings.. well she acts like shes doing you a favor by doing her job.. always a grouch. Look folks..don't be angry with the world around you because you're life sucks!

Store and. pharmacy closes when store is should be open. Pharmacy doesn't answer phone before and after lunch break. On hold with questions about meds for over an hour. Worst Walgreens in Ohio.

I’m just trying to figure out if Walgreens as a corporation just closes down whenever they feel it. If there is a time posted on the door and online why is the store closed 3 hours early?

Service was very unprofessional. I went to pick up refill two different days. Both times I had the same pharmacy tech and both times she was extremely rude and nasty. I transferred all my info to a different pharmacy.

I needed passport photos taken & Curtis made the process simple & quick! Very professional & he was able to assist me with a coupon code I wasn’t able to redeem online. Thank you so much I will return for any products I may need.

The Pharmacy staff was phenomenal. There were only two women working and they handled the Covid 19 vaccinations wonderfully. Very organized, polite, and very positive even though they were clearly understaffed. I don't live in the area but I appreciated them very much.
