It doesn’t matter if this coupon was expired. You failed to take down the display and ALL of the coupons attached! Went back to the store a week later AND THE DISPLAY WITH THE SAME EXPIRED COUPONS IS STILL UP!!!

Now that the Walgreens that was in walking range has closed, I now have to take two buses to get there and back. It's not only the prescriptions, it's being able to purchase other things that may be needed on the way. We need our local brick and mortar stores.

I'm glad Walgreens had my prescription brand. My usual pharmacy doesn't carry it and tried to change it with my physician. Thanks Walgreens!

The hours are beyond incorrect. The pharmacy is NOT open 24 hours and they don't have enough pharmacists. I've gone three separate times at different hours and no one was working. This is beyond unacceptable.

Everthing in the store was marked incorrectly. Items were 60 dollars at the register but listed as 23 dollars on shelf.

Pharmacy staff is lazy and the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. They will tell you that your medication isn’t covered even though it’s a medication you’ve been on it for years and after you’ve called your insurance and verified in front of them that it’s a covered medication. Switched all of my prescriptions back to the CVS store 25 minutes out of my way to not have to deal with Walgreen's incompetence.

Staff and Manager aren't very helpful and customer service non existent... dispatched the wrong order for same day delivery and won't take steps to corect it. Whatever happened to accountability and customer experience.

Dropped off a prescription at around 1:30 PM. The girl took my name, told me it would be quite awhile, likely a couple hours because they are behind. She said they would call me. I would up calling at past 9:30 and pm and still not ready because they claimed she did not take my information. Yet not one single person in over 8 hours could call? What kind of outfit are these fools running. What kind of inept individuals work there? Oh yea, apparentlythe only requirement to work in a pharmacy is a pulse. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Honestly can't believe what I've experienced so far. My regular Walgreens was closed. They appearto be consolidating to have high volume stores only. My first timefilling there and it's a week past my due date and they still don't have my meds. They had a partial fill of one of the others a week after getting the script. It's impersonal and the opposite of everything I've experienced at Walgreens in the past. The one that was closed on Belaire Rd anticipated customers and ordered accordingly. This high volume store is the human equivalent of a puppy mill where there are no individuals & an ever changing staff that's stretched too thin. Disappointed hardly decrbes my experience thus far. Walgreens has just about everything. Pharmacy, photo center, holiday decorations, Fed ex pick up location food items and even toys for kids. Shop here and you will find it. Convenient and helpful employees. Fast check out.

This is the most unfriendly Walgreens I have ever been in. There was an organized 5K race that started on the street behind Walgreens. Walgreens made the race organizers write a special notice in their race details that their parking lot (which is MUCH too big for their store) is for their customers only and they will tow cars that were parked there. The event was all of 2 hours long and not THAT many people - many young children in costume and their parents. But you know, don't park at Walgreens! Then my 3 year old grandson really needed to use the restroom and they have this HUGE sign out front saying "NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS" so I begged the cashier who said no to me. Even for a 3 year old that really needed to go. I mean, really - what is the big deal? I wonder if this store realizes that if they allowed these people in the use the restroom, they might have walked out with a snack! I will never patronize this store ever.

Uber Eats Shopper: I was told tonight that yall have no public restrooms and that I'd have to relieve myself in the parking lot when I came in to shop for an order tonight. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

To the worker that was working 6/25 at 345 pm.I am a kind person, I am never rude to service staff.I went to drop off a disposable camera, you helped the person infront of me, saw me get in line. Went up front to ring out a few people, I waited patiently. Once you had no customers I pressed the photo button. You looked over and ignored me. I waited a few more minutes then went to ask you if I could get assistance after standing in line for a solid 10 min. You said you didn’t have a photo person for the day but you guess you could come over and help. I said “no thanks.” I don’t want to be serviced by someone I’m clearly inconveniencing ? You responded “alright then!”I wasn’t rude to you. But you really brought my mood down. If there was no one for the photos that day you could have told me and I would have came back. But you looked me dead in my eyes multiple times and blatantly ignored me. Customer service isn’t a hard job, I’ve had plenty. Be kind to people, everyone is going through something. If we all worked on being a little kinder the world would be a much better place ❤️

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and during the day the service is great but every time I go at night customerservice just seems to be nonexistent . it’s the attitude for me . if you make a mistake , don’t just throw your hands up and look at me as if I’m supposed to help you fix it. I ask the manager about something they are promoting , she says don’t know what that is with so much attitude. And promotion was literally taped on the counter . Try to figure out what the problem is and still nothing but attitude as if I made the mistake when all I did was help point it out and advise management what they’re promoting . unbelievable ! do better!
