I had ordered uggs from uggs website, they didn't fit, I checked with uggs customer's service and talked with two associates at this store and was told I could bring them in and exchange, they are an authorized dealer. When I got to store they would not exchange them, wasted trip! He even said once I got there oh someone else said we don't do that he could have called back! Train your staff better on what they can and can't do!!!

A worker told me he would hold a shoe for me knowing that they don't hold shoes, I was there within 20mins and the shoe was sold ... If he would have told me he couldn't hold the shoe in the first place, I wouldn't have been upset...
