I purchased a pair of Jordans, and the workers there gave me the wrong size, they refused to give me an exchange or refund!
It was so wrong of them. A definite waste of 125 dollars plus tax!

Service was horrible and they was rude as well except one dude but anyway went to buy multiple pairs of shoes found some Jordan’s 11 the price said $90 went I went to purchase 2 pairs she was telling the other workers well I ain’t giving them to her for $90 bc that ain’t the price but clearly that’s what they said so how you mad at me like I put it on there anyway I guess that was the price for the smaller size. But her attitude was all messed I still ended up getting some Jordan 1s for my son only bc he really wanted them didn’t want to spend a dollar in there honestly!! No customer service skills at all !

DTLR in Tower City was a good experience for me. I was finding shoes for my granddaughters and the young lady who helped me was great assisting me with finding a good pair. The female cashier was professional. She greeted me as I entered the business and told me the lowdown on the shoe sizes. Two professional and helpful women I met in DTLR today. Great ? I will return again soon hopefully.

My experience here has been pretty good. I get greeted basically every time I enter the store. I’ve bought from here recently and the young woman at the register does a great job ?? shoutout to her!

We were there this weekend and the worker kept following us around the store telling us “pull your mask up for me” which is fine I’m all for the masks but the whole time she was wearing her mask under her nose ??. Another worker did the same thing and her mask was worn incorrectly as well. I will not shop here at this location again. They were also RUDE AS HELL.
