I’ve used Vic’s Floral several times now and they’ve always delivered on time with beautiful, healthy flowers. The price point is quite fair as well, and they discount shipping if you’re a repeat customer. 5-stars!

Very disappointed on an order that was for my brother. One side looked like it did not have enough flowers. The spray had big palm like leaves behind the flowers on one side and the other side didn't have any. A uncle banner was supposed to have been on it and the banner said cousin. If I could have taken this back to the store for a refund I would have. This was suppose to have been a beautiful arrangement but it suck. I couldn't keep my eyes off of it. I was so upset. Maybe it was because I didn't leave a tip I don't know but if I had extra money I would had.. I'm really upset about this order.

I would love to not have to leave this review but since this place doesn’t answer phone calls an hour before closing…here we go. I ordered an arrangement that was beautiful online. I just got a picture from my parents of what it actually looks like. Carnations and filler flowers that were not in the description. I would not recommend this place. Oh what a tangled web we weave when Vic’s floral sells to deceive! If you have a loved one at the Cleveland clinic, buy elsewhere.

AVOID this place like the plague!!!I’m in a long-distance relationship and my partner decided to surprise me with flowers for Valentine’s Day via this place. The flowers were never delivered to my house despite getting a confirmation email that they were delivered, so my partner both sends an email and calls up the store to see what happened. They don’t answer the first call. On the second call, they said they would look into it and get it sorted by the end of the day, as apparently they use a third party service for deliveries (BIG red flag). The store never followed up, so my partner calls them again.On this third phone call, now they’re not listening anymore and giving a nasty attitude - demanding to see doorbell camera footage as proof. How can I have this proof when I never got the delivery in the first place??? I work from home so there’s no way I would have missed this. And even if I did somehow miss the delivery - this complete lack of accountability is astounding. And on top of that, to imply that my partner is lying? So unbelievably rude.Eventually my partner had to give up the fight and ask for a refund instead, and thankfully they agreed to at least that! But what an ordeal, though.Not only was it disappointing to never have received the Valentine’s flowers (even moreso for my partner than for me) - it was even more upsetting to learn of how terribly they treat their customers. I’ll be sure to let everyone I know to avoid using this place, unless they want to run the risk of having big events such as Valentine’s Day spoiled.

After issues with another local florist using bait and switch tactics I was very nervous using a local shop but Vics was fantastic.Flowers were beautiful and delivered promptly while also being a very fair price.

I ordered flowers, chocolate, and a card to be delivered to my girlfriend's place on Valentine's Day, but a break was happening the week prior so I had to change where the order was being delivered. I did so an entire week in advance and they still delivered it to the original (her) address. Made a bad day worse. I wouldn't trust these people - I was extremely clear over the phone a week in advance about the change in delivery address.

Simply the best in Cleveland. Their prices are fair, delivery is insanely fast, and they genuinely care about the quality and consistency of their bouquets. Helped make my special lady's special day. Would highly recommend to anyone for any occasion. Thank you!

Never disappoints! I receeived flowers as a gift and was so impressed with the arrangement- I now use them to send to others. The response from "receivers" are always so positive. Keep up the good work. They always truly "listen" on how details. Linda

My daughter ordered a corsage for my son to take to his date for homecoming and this is horrible for $34 there are no roses in it and all of the flowers are very small it only has may 6 baby carnations on it I will not be returning to this shop again
