Been a loyal Verizon customer for the longest now. This location was one of best experiences I ever had with Verizon. MJ is great. He was so professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we got the service we needed at the best rates for our plans. I highly recommend him if you are looking for network service in the Cleveland area!

Out standing service provided by Brandon Lock. Visit was alot of work but was managed in Appropriate manor. Thank you for the great support this a great store to stop and visit for any issues.

MJ and the team at this Verizon store are all-stars. Truly the highest quality customer service, would recommend anyone in the Cleveland area. I went in to get some help sorting out a home internet issue and MJ went above and beyond and helped us sort out a bunch of other things on our account. If you need anything Verizon related, this should be your first stop.

I appreciate my time at Verizon. All of the employees were very professional cool, collective. I also appreciate them taking time to work with us and help us understand the situation we were in and now we’re extremely happy. I give the store five star times two thank you and have a blessed day.

I had the best customer service in every sense of the word at this branch. Aiden helped me add a new device and transfer my old number to Verizon. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, and carefully explained the process so I know exactly what I am signing up for to avoid surprise fees in the future. I would definitely come back if I have issues and I will encourage my friends to come to this branch as well.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this location on Saturday, September 28. My visit started with me being rudely poached from another salesman by Zack. This was uncomfortable and sat a bad standard for the rest of my visit.
I was then made to wait 30 minutes for no reason, as the store never had the device that I wanted. I was given a lame excuse about a nationwide backorder that incredibly was just discovered 30 seconds prior. Yeah, right! I’ll take my business to another store that will be honest and not waste my time.
The sale staff at this store are aggressive, unprofessional, and seemingly dishonest. I was told by another employee that this store was recently purchased by a nationwide contractor and is no longer a Verizon wireless operated store. Choose other locations!

ryan was incredibly patient and helpful beyond any expectations. i got everything i needed and they made a difficult situation (broken phone, emergency replacement) so much better. prices and info were very clearly and thoroughly explained, and all the employees very friendly and helpful. i was there a long time taking care of my backup, and they made me feel welcome.

Employee that I worked with was rude and basically admonished me for having a samsung phone. Admitted he has no idea how Androids or Samsungs work (said it himself) and was reluctant to help me with my problem. Fixed the problem with a new sim card, though I had to hear from him the whole time about how it wouldn't fix the problem and it was a temporary solution. I'll probably go to a different store next time

I’ve had my company account with Verizon for over 10 years and Bill Dyer is my guy. I live an hour away from his store, but I won’t do business with anyone else. The University Circle Verizon customer service is second to none. Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and my family! Go see Bill and Tori, you won’t regret it.

I had a bill problem that no one could resolve, no Verizon employee in the many counties on the phone and in person. There was only one employee on the planet that could resolve my issue and that was Tori and helpful gang at this University Circle location.

Parking is atrocious and I absolutely hate going to this location because of it. Outside of that, the reps are great and actually helpful.
