Had a problem getting a phone activated. Verizon's website was totally useless. Walked into this shop, and got good service. JA ? was very helpful, and got me up and running, in spite of Verizon's customer "service" rep on the phone.

Terrence was VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of getting a new phone as well as the plans in place. Really helped out my mom who can be very technologically impaired. Gave us great service throughout and took time with us. 5/5 would come back
