Stopped in to get an Apple Watch replacement charger for my work desk. Uriah was super helpful, he suggested the perfect docking station to charge not only my watch but also my phone at the same time. It works amazing and is fast to charge! Great service

Uriah at this store was amazing! He helped me upgrade my equipment and services on Christmas Eve, while maximizing any and all promotions available to me. He anticipated obstacles and found creative solutions to make my transition a fast and painless one, while minimizing the time I was away from work and still caring for other customers in the store. My husband and I just had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store on Triskett near KAmms's corners. We were helped by Uriah and alex, both of which were amazing, and went incredibly above and beyond. Alex spent so much time with us even helping me inside my car to connect my phone. Taught me a couple tricks and got all of my stuff working again and switched over my husband's new phone as well. It was so nice to get this level of customer service. We feel so happy and confident with our phones now. Thank you again so much much alex and Uriah both of you are awesome. Highly recommend recommending this store!!

Waited while David helped another customer with his issue took care of other people while helping no problem. He missed out on a sale because he was giving a history lesson the whole time while I was sitting there waiting to buy a new iPad. I just went to a different store.

Ongoing service and security issues that should be resolved by Verizon supplied app and remote service controls. My phone has been running on Canadian service since June 8th when I visited Lake Erie.

Worked with David (newer employee in training) and his manager at the Triskett RD Verizon store in Cleveland Ohio. David sold me on a plan that would result in me having little to no monthly payment on my phone, just a payment on the plan (was told this verbally multiple times). When I got the bill it said I owed $800 on the phone, went back into the store and he clarified that I needed to trade in my old phone and everything would be fixed. Did so and checked my bill for a third time and the balance remained. Went into the store yesterday and the manager flat out told me I was misquoted by David and there was nothing that could be done, and that I would need to pay for the phone. Worst customer experience I have ever had with any company, the employees do not care about your experience they are just looking for a sale. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I went to this location in a rush to switch to Verizon before leaving town. Employee/manager who was there (Chinese American man) gave me a nasty attitude the moment I walked in and was not interested in my business since the store was closing in 20 minutes; he told me to come some other time. Thanks for NOT going above and beyond, and sorry my sale wasn't big enough to interest you. Disgusting.

Will definitely be visiting the west park Verizon store again. All employees were very professional,informative, helpful, & friendly. Took care of all of our concerns and didn’t make us feel like a burden. This is the 3rd Verizon store my husband visited for help and the 1st to actually help him.

Lovely verizon their service is always up to par every time I go they never fail to disappoint. The always have the deals up and running never feels over pushed or overwhelmed they even give you good advice on phone plans of course there's being the best they deserve the love they get. Btw:the phones are not only new but phenomenal trading system when wanting an upgrade or even new phone thank you Verizon and thank you to the employees.
