“Went there for a Home Show and was very impressed with the facility. There is ample parking below the courthouse, with new, clean underground walkway to the facility which also attaches to the hotel. It was a very large place that can handle any kind of show, but this home Show was laughable. It was three short aisles with about 5 or 6 venders per aisle. I only saw a handful of people there. But this is about the facility and it is top notch.”
“We rented the venue for a career conference and it was fantastic!! The breakout rooms were perfect. The IT techs were amazing! Luis was so awesome helping us organize every detail. We will definitely use the facility next year.”
“Very cool "Mardi Gras" celebration. Kurentovanje is the fun festival right before the lent season where the Kurents come and ring cow bells to scare away winter. My four year old loved the parade. It was not too crowded outside because it was still quite cold on this early March day. But he got a lot of attention and some candy, and we had a lot of laughs when one of the Kurents snuck up behind him. Very organized parade route and very easy to get a good spot. Inside was another story- the venue was packed! We sifted our way through the crowd to get a hot dog for my son and then some treats to take home with us. I would have loved to have stayed a little longer and visited some of the outside vendors, but the natives (i.e. my child) were getting restless. I can't wait to do this again next year!”
“On Friday, November 15, 2024, Melissa and Hansel performed for my mother's 75th birthday celebration and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL! My mother has always enjoyed great good, beautiful environments, wonderful company, and phenomenal entertainment. When I was referred to Viva Dance Studio and spoke with Melissa for the first time, I knew that I was going to be in capable hands. They were nothing short of AMAZING. Our guests were glued to them from start to finish, and you honestly couldn't blame them because they were fire!!!

“The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is truly worth every penny to stay here. The staff greet you like your royalty. The check in process was smooth as silk. We went from the lobby to our room in not time. Now, the room got my blood pumping! Views, views, VIEWS! I’ve never seen this many views of downtown Cleveland. The in room dining was worth the wait, and the wait wasn’t long. We were traveling with our dog, and every staff member greeted him as of he were paying the bill. We loved every minute of the attention. The saddest part of this adventure was leaving, but we will definitely be back to the Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland. Thanks everyone there for their hospitality, professional and courteous way they treated every member of our family (especially our fur baby). ;)”

The seats were great, the atmosphere was friendly and energetic, and the kids had a blast. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff was helpful. I would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse for a fun night out!”

“I met Bill Hildabrandt in 2007. I worked for Bill, tuck pointing the building. I grinded out thousands of liner feet of mortar and tuckpointed. I cut holes through walls and installed doors. Removed glass block And installed beams. We removed roofs and installed new roofs. You name It we did it. Bill was a knowledgeable man. I learned a lot from him. I will miss Bill. This place will always be a special place to me, where I remodled for thousands of hours.”
“Had a great time with my buddies at the Aquarium today. Definitely worth 20$. You can pet sting rays and the scuba cleaners took some candid shots with me today. Also the coin machine for the collectable coins was down and I asked the girl at the gift shop if there was any way I could get one. Which she said no but I might have one. She found it and gave it to me for free. Great customer service.”

The Host and her daughter really made things good for my family as well as the guest. Please only recommend mature people for this location also support it so that it can continue being available. “Easy check in, I was upgraded to a junior suite, very pleasant greeting at the reception. My suite was impeccable, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Intercontinental Cleveland Clinic’s location is perfect as it’s attached to the clinic. Food at the Table 45 Restaurant is very good. Hotel’s staff are very friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience.
Rooms: My junior suite was spacious with a walk in shower and bath tub.
Nearby activities: Perfect location for business at Cleveland Clinic.
Safety: Very safe
Walkability: There is no need for car as it is attached to Cleveland Clinic facilities.
Food and drinks: Breakfast buffet is very good at North Side Cafe. The dinner menu is excellent at Table 45 Restaurant located on the ground floor.

“The kids had a wonderful time here. I've taken my older child over 10yr ago and the IX center has been repurchase recently. Unfortunately they are not utilizing the whole ix center but only half of its space. I won't complain too much because my children were extremely happy for trick or treat and the jurassic dino show. The ride on dinos were a hit and the sand box's for the kiddos to find bones. Also there were the big bouncy houses for the kids. Would definitely take them again.”
