Staff is really friendly and I always find something special. Prices are good and the low prices keep it a service to the community. Much respect! Stuff is organized by color, which is the old-school way, my favorite!

Went to your store today in North Randell. One cashier on a big sale day. Wrapped around line. Other employees standing around doing nothing. Left my full cart and walked out.

I’ve found a few really nice vintage pieces here! They have a huge selection- I recommend coming in when you have some time to sort through everything. (It’s color organized but NOT size). The women working were friendly and said hello to me when I entered the store, I thought that was nice. I’ll be returning.

Horrible customer service. An employee blatantly judging us to our faces. Another employee being rude to us after we stood up for ourselves. Just entirely horrible.

An abomination to thrifting!Prices higher than a satellite (yes, think NASA), lots of filthy things (bring the hand sanitizer), slow service (think injured turtle), customer service is horrible. They will try to change the price on you at the register if they feel like it, no the tags aren't missing or damaged (yes that happened). Not a good shopping experience. Their own employees told me to shop elsewhere.Value world use to be great. I'm not sure what is going on now. I'll update this post in a month to see if anything changes. But right now... They get a one star review.

Decent selection, higher than average prices, and NO CHANGING ROOM! the absence of a changing room is a huge downside. I've bought multiple pairs of pants in my size only to have them not fit, a really bad thing when they have a no return policy. Very disappointing
