Not the best post office! When it comes to delivering packages it a hit or miss with them. A person named India was no help, just rude!

They steal packages here
Dropped a package off on 6-30 delivering to Cincinnati and it still hasn't left the post office.7-27. Could of walked the package to Cincinnati and back twice by now.Assuming it's stolen at this point.

The place is clean, easy to get to, and the workers are quick and I feel that the services are affordable for the most part.
However, I was told I could cancel my 3 month PO Box early if needed for a refund. I opened the PO Box on 6/28. Went today, 7/16, and was denied for a refund while being reassured and told that I would get a refund at the time of opening the PO Box. I was then told to go call a phone number as they can no longer assist me.
I feel that the communication between workers seems lack luster, and some have different thoughts on policies, such as the PO Box policy, than others.

Nothing special, some postal workers seem happy, some do not. Not a long wait for the counter. Most days are less than a five minute wait.

By far the worst local post office of any place I've lived in the US. They constantly deliver my mail to the wrong address, and I get mail from other addresses. Ordered stamps online a week before Xmas, and tracking said it was delivered to my address, on 12/23/23. That was a lie. I never received them. So I called USPS and opened a service request the same day. Then waited 3 business days as told. Still never heard from USPS about the issue. So I called again. All the rep said is "we'll make note of it". Her demeanor was so lackadaisical. Carriers will go multiple days a week all year, not delivering mail. Their excuse is always the same, that they are short staffed. The last few days, I have not received any mail. Typical "stellar performance" we've come to expect of any government agency.

Had card filled out for vac hold for 9 days. Two days later, while out of town, saw on security on my phone that mail was being put in my box, so called the post office.A few days later , same thing happened and was told carrier would go back and take it out of my box.When I came home , the mailbox was wide open and had 2 piles of mail in it. Told the manager at the PO and he just says there are new carriers on the route. Ok, but does anyone train them ? Got no apology - he didn't seem to care.

My POSTAL carrier doesn't deliver my mail if my dogs bark at our 8x8 picture window. Plus they put a sticker on our mail box lid cause of the dog's. But not once has there been any interaction with our "NEW" mail carrier. Seems like we have a carrier every day or at least weekly.

They can’t keep any workers because upper management doesn’t know how to properly run the station. They overwork their carriers & retaliate when you speak up for yourself. Instead of helping the carriers carry mail they force workers to work overtime & get mad when you wanna take your off day. No sooner than they get a new carrier they lose two more. Roy loves to micromanage the carriers & he’s intimidated by black men that speak up for themself against his foolishness. There’s been atleast 3different different managers since 2018 & the most recent one just got sent away because she lost 4 more carriers back to back. If you don’t receive your mail or packages just thank the supervisors & managers for running all of the good carriers away.
