This is the worst post office ever I've been in Parma for 10 years and never had to worry about anyone stealing my packages until now I've had 2 packages stolen from me in the past week and this branch wasn't any kind of help

This post office has the rudest employees. Slow as can be.....
I also sent out to mailings to 2 different locations with Money in them and they were opened after I put extra postage on them. I know they had to be opened at this location. Because they were arriving out of state at 2 different locations and they were both opened! Will not use this post office again !

Fast and friendly service. This post office is one I go to even though it's 12 miles from where I live because it's better than the one in my neighbourhood.

I am a resident at Midtown towers, and the mail carriers are regularly leaving open entire mailboxes. I have call and waited numerous times, only to get transferred right back to the automated service. Calls are a waste of time and this is a breach of privacy.

Just awful. The mail carrier doesn't deliver all of our mail. We have been getting mail from other streets, & remailed those. We just want our mail. Its your job, do better!!! This post office has the greatest mail Carrier that delivers on our street Biscayne in Parma. Thanks so much Mr. Bob, Caleb loves seeing you when he's at Grammies house.

They should have kept this post office closed after the second time a car drove into the building. The employees that work the counter are the rudest people I have ever met. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE!!!!!! I see why they don't wear name tags anymore because then they are called out by name but in this case it does not matter they all need to be fired. Completely disgusted CLOSE IT FOR GOOD!!!!! To be clear I am talking about the post office on state rd in parma

Extremely rude service,put on hold 10 to 15 minutes or longer.refuse to check to see if anything came in for your address. Change employee's or shut it down.

This location has the best Mail Carrier for our street.... Shout out to Ms. Julie! She is wonderful, and speedy with the mail. Our twins and daughter love to see her every day !

I needed postage for a letter (6 x 9.5) which was over one ounce but less than two ounces. Clerk told me it would be $1.36. Correct postage should have been 78 cents.. Seems like they need to do a better job of training their employees.

This post office is a disaster, no one knows anything and any mail that get delivered to this site or comes through the branch gets delayed. Laziness is what it sounds like.
