Always fast prompt and courteous service. Customer service is great. I enjoy going to business's where the customers needs come first. I pass by every post office in Cleveland just to go to this one. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and appreciated.

Very rude employees. One in particular! I have even gone out of my way to a different post office so I wouldn't be treated like crap. I have also even gone to the ups store to mail a package thru them. It was way more expensive - but I was treated kindly! Enough is enough. With all of the complaints - DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. (My mail carrier does a good job tho.)

Expecting 3 birthday cards and not a single one showed up. All three bday cards coming from 3 different states. The only common post office is they’d come through this one.
3 weeks have passed and not a single card.
Even when I used this post office to get mail in voting the lady was rude and I never even got my ballot.
I’m completely convinced there is a thief at this location.

This review is not for the post office workers on State Road, whose staff has always been friendly and helpful, but for the mail carriers who deliver to Sandpiper Condominiums and for the local USPS in general.
I've noticed a marked decrease in reliability of service for our development in the past year or so. I have had a legal letter I mailed never reach its destination this past summer. I've had other people's mail in my box at increasing intervals. And today the entire locked box for my street was left wide open for anyone to steal. Sloppy work. And don't get me started on the local USPS in general. This year, it took longer to receive a Christmas card (2 weeks) from the Medina, Ohio post office to Parma than a Christmas card from Phoenix to Parma!
The local USPS is inept and unreliable. Do I need to start hand delivering all my local mail? At least I would be certain it will arrive at its destination.

Package was delivered to the wrong state I called usps tracking the gave me all the information about my package that I needed to know so I can call the company that sent it out and they couldn’t say nothing cause I the proof and they sent my package

This is the worst post office ever I've been in Parma for 10 years and never had to worry about anyone stealing my packages until now I've had 2 packages stolen from me in the past week and this branch wasn't any kind of help

This post office has the rudest employees. Slow as can be.....
I also sent out to mailings to 2 different locations with Money in them and they were opened after I put extra postage on them. I know they had to be opened at this location. Because they were arriving out of state at 2 different locations and they were both opened! Will not use this post office again !

Fast and friendly service. This post office is one I go to even though it's 12 miles from where I live because it's better than the one in my neighbourhood.
