I've visited this location multiple times, and each visit has been frustrating. Despite placing my order ahead, I've faced significant delays and inconsistent service. Even the supervisor seemed uncooperative, often on their phone, and providing excuses that don't align with my experiences at other locations. I hope management can address these issues to improve customer experience.

Open Saturday and Sundays full hours when most can visit. Some employees have attitudes of not wanting to work or b there but the others make up with good attitudes as well

October 18, 2022; NO SELF SERVE KIOSK AFTER HOURS ( nearby Lakewood office has a broken kiosk too). Went to two locations around 11:30 p.m. and was unable to buy postage.They advertise that their lobby is open which it is but they do not have a self-serve kiosk. You can basically just mail stuff out or access your post box. And the cutoff times at this post office for blue box drop off is not midnight, it's 5:00. The only reason to go in there between 5:00 and 7:00 is to actually purchase postage from the counter.This post office is definitely open till 7:00 but that is the only perk about it. Otherwise they have nothing but nasty reviews that are probably not wrong.kiosok

The package I sent to the buyer is missing! It's been almost two months and no one has solved the problem, I don't trust USPS anymore!

Wow laziest staff ever..they will lock the door in your face as you are walking up to the door even though they are open for another 5 minutes..great work ethic and attitude. Keep up the good work guys.

Do not take a load to this place, driver checked in 8am for 9am appt, now its 3pm and no movement whatsoever

Generally good service. Sometimes they act as if they wished they were someplace else. Mayb a few months in another country would change their attitude. This place Use to b open almost All the time; but; similar to other public services, they get cut back as our taxes n decay rises!!!
