The lady who helped me is an arrogant person, she made me a shipment that I did not ask for, she charged me 40 and said that it would take 6 to 7 days and I clearly told her that I wanted the express shipment, she was told 4 times and she only He responded as soon as I finished passing this data, we continue with what you told me, he charges me 40 and I tell him that I don't want that service, that I am requesting it urgently and he only answers me: are you going to pay 40 or not and again I tell him to tell me the cost of the document to send it urgently and he tells me it's time to close, come tomorrow at 8:30am, I tell him then return the document to me tomorrow and I can send it urgently, he simply closed the curtain on us and literally He took us out, he didn't give me the document, he didn't return the money. I lost the money that would be spent on the documents. Today they didn't solve anything for me.

Overall, we are very happy with our mailman and rarely have any issues when receiving our mail.
This review is directed towards the employees who work at the post office. I have sent packages and purchased products from other locations prior. They seemed to be short and talked down to me when I was asking questions related to the availability of their products. She previously seemed so kind and personable to the customer before me.
I understand how frustrating customer service can be and try to be overly prepared to make their job easier, but some of my questions answered online do not apply to every location.

I want to know I'm charged double for a package that weighs 1 pound 4 oz and I paid for a pound and was charged almost double and this isn't the first time this has happened. The post office is so petty like they're the only place to ship stuff. I'm using UPS from now on. I have never had this problem with UPS. I know when my packages are under weight you aren't giving me any money back and I'm constantly selling stuff online I'll take my business elsewhere. If I could give them no stars I would. And I've had several things break when shipped too. Can never get anything fixed with the post office. Stay away. All my posts I have currently listed all 800+ listing I'm changing to UPS the post office can take a loss cause I'm never using them again!!!!!! I paid extra for a signature because the item was pretty expensive and the postal worker signed it and left it in the mailbox defeating the purpose of the signature. So they basically stole from me charging me for services they didn't give me and of course they did nothing when I called them.....

Had a package that was sent incorrectly the post office was on it the moment I sent a request for a case. With in a day my package is rerouted and coming to me. They even called to tell me. I love my local post office and the people there. Keep up the awesome Job. I appreciate all you do especially being short handed you all rock

Oh boy where to start. Very clean for never having a trash can out. The man mime is usually very cheerful and happy to help. But then there is miss Lisa. Who I would image takes the cake at being a government employee. In just the sheer fact on how long it takes her to simply breathe. I sure do enjoy the using of her pen to type ea letter out on her keyboard tho 20 people in line or not she don't mind she's her till 5.

I wish I could remember the name of the Gentlemen whom helped me with my passport application renewal . He went above and beyond to explain to me , he also went back-and-forth looking for documents in the back for me that I needed to submit. I don’t know his name, but it was today around 11-ish Monday November.28 middle age white man . u where amazing and welcoming.Now ur co - worked older black lady . Came out from the back looking like she did not want to be there . A customer asked her one thing she rolled her eyes and ignored the customer as to say , I’m on break or does not want to be bothered.That lady needs a remote job . Take notes from your co worker lady. Live love and laugh … peace & love I’mOut ?

So tired of Ed the mailman not delivering my mail because my main door is open but SECURITY DOOR that is fully glassed and has no screen walking past my house! And when I ask him for my mail he acts like he can't hear me or wants to argue!! He needs to be a sorter or terminated. This has been ongoing even had the news following him and we as a neighborhood have had absolutely no resolution from this!!!FIRE HIM ALREADY

They called to cancel my Passport appt 2 hours before I was supposed to be there because they didn't have someone working. Why have it posted to book if no one would be there? So unprofessional. Not to mention I cant rebook anywhere SAME day, so now i have to wait an entire other week or make it work on my break. Why is no one else trained on this?? Make sure you call after booking your appointment to verify someone is working because apparently they arent capable of doing even that much.

The post person that delivers mail on our street is a poor excuse for a mail person.. There have been incidents as he has continually doesn't deliver our mail, using EVERY (and I mean EVERY) situation where he does absolutely nothing more than he's required to do to the letter and not one iota more. We have had problems with him for years. He's been written up 16 times but yet he's still delivering our mail.(maybe if he feels like it that day.) If this is the face of our new post office that is supposed to be the greatest thing yet, dear God we are in trouble....we need help.....HELP!!!

Complete joke. There's one lady that will tell you that a zip code doesn't exist for a zip code i have sent to for many years. Also said she never heard of the city that i was mailing too also! Then has the nerve to cop an attitude when i didn't agree. I was calm and respectful and she got nippy. Drove to the Lorain ave post office and amazingly, they had no issue sending to that address! Find a new job lady, clearly you are incompetent.
