This is my favorite USPS post office in the area!
I'm not sure if she's a manager or the main postmaster, but the woman who appears to be in charge of this location is absolutely amazing and so so knowledgeable and friendly!!!
Both her and the other employees go out of their way to help customers.
I go to this post office regularly, but I also go specifically when I'm confused about what other post offices have told me or about what the online USPS says, and they always help me figure it out.
They're also very efficient and keep the line moving. I'm usually in and out within five minutes, at most 10, even if the line is long. It's rare to find employees that are simultaneously so professional, so knowledgeable, and so nice.
Whenever I go to this post office, it always brightens my day ! Love this location!!! Excellent vibes !!

Never had any issues at this post office. The mail carriers and desk agents out of this location go over and beyond to assist with problems.

Went in for a scheduled passport application appointment and was denied service. I was informed that because the appointment I scheduled wasn't reflected on their end the appointment wouldnt occur. Despite me providing a confirmed email of the appointment. Unfortunately it appeared Mr. Johnathon who was extremely unprofessional doesn't have great customers service. This was my first time visiting this postal center. If your interested in receiving adequate customer service don't patronize this location..

They lost my phone trade in package worth $1000 and never gave me a tracking number when I dropped it off and handed it to them at the counter after I asked about one.

This is the worst post office I've ever been to in my life! They are not helpful, not nice, and incredibly unprofessional. If you don't want terrible service and rude staff, stay far away from this place.

I think it is very INCONSIDERATE and SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED for the postal workers to park THEIR cars all day long where the postal Customers need to park...When I can't find a spot in the parking lot and have to park on the street or down the street then walk inside and there's no one in there...THATS JUST WRONG to be inconveinced when the workers are suppose to park in back of the building, making the elderly walk or drive around to find somewhere to park...JUST BAD BUSINESS .

The people here are very unprofessional. They offer strange, unsolicited advice and unauthorized practice of law by advising incorrect and incompetent things to the customers. They are incapable to do even basic shipping services. Truly disappointed with this Beachland USPS.

This is the best post office in the Cleveland area. The staff is always fast, efficient, and friendly and goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service. I've been coming to this post office since 2006 when I moved to Euclid. The only drawbacks is the lobby gets locked up after hours.

I have never had any problem at this post office. The people are very nice that work here. They are a little bit slow at times. But working with the public is very difficult and why do you want to rush on to the next headache. If the customers would be just a little bit nicer to the employees this would make everybody's day better.
I've lived in Euclid for 20 years and we've had the same postal carrier. He couldn't be better. Our mail is always here by 11:00. And he couldn't be nicer. Sadly I found out a month or two ago the he is retiring. ?
