The person who does passport leaves at noon everyday. The front desk woman says sometimes they don't even show up. This is a horrible place to get your passport. Why have appointments on your website when the person goes home at noon and probably paid the whole day.

Have had problems getting my own identity verified. Made appointments which they neglected to keep much less say it was cancelled. All in all not good experience as of late here

CALLED THE 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO AGENT TO ASK SOME GENERAL QUESTIONS.
THE STUPID AUTOMATED SYSTEM ONLY GIVES SOME MANY CHANCES THEN SAYS I HAVE HANG TO HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS. GET A REAL SYSTEM WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN TALK TO A REAL PERSON!!!!
NOW I HAVE TO WASTE TIME TO GO IN PERSON TO ASK MY QUESTIONS.

I really wish I can give -1 star rating. I made apt online to do my passport. For a Saturday for them to tell me the lady is not coming in. I called a few times before today. No one told me anything. Everybody I spoke with today very unprofessional. I was not happy as I look at the other reviews I see this place needs to be closed down. I asked for corporate number and they give me the run around.

I wish i could give less than one star. I had a passport application appointment scheduled and nobody showed to for it and nobody decided i should know. So i left work early for nothing and was ignored when i tried to ask questions about it. I hope i never have to return here and recommend you go anywhere else.

This post office has the most rudest workers ever. I stay in the area but I always chose to go to Beachwood because they are so nice and over extend doing their job. However, I chose to stop at the Shaker location because I was in a rush trying to ship product and the man told me I need to buy tape to seal my box vs giving me free tape. Now I know nothing in this world is free but Beachwood has no problem supplying you with free tape. I wonder hope the Shaker location is even still open and functionally everyone complains about that locations.

No Hello or any kind of acknowledgement, Just a straight look in the face…The young lady who helped me on 12/24/2024 4:30pm had a horrible attitude, never should be working with customers, personality is important in customer service at all times …if you don’t like your job you should just find another.

The customer service sucks and the actual mail person for my route. They keep saying dog interference or unsecured drop off location we I can literally see them sit in their truck and people wait in the lobby for their packages! They just drive off after 10-15 minutes of nothing.

This place is falling apart. The doors get stuck open and everything is dirty. The staff at the desk are kind but mail gets lost or takes forever or isn’t sorted properly. I’ve had to take mail addressed to someone else at my P.O. Box up to the counter multiple times, I started dating them when I do it. There seems to be a general lack of care here.

This location of the Post Office deserve 0 stars the people are rude they always make a excuse why you haven't received your mail the famous excuse downtown main office is behind. Its been 30 days. I will never get a p.o. box at any post office again

Don't waste your time coming here. I waited in line with my baby for over 20
minutes for dude to not be helpful at all. They are short staffed and no supervisor available to talk to.

I went into this location to pick up mail that was on hold. It's nowhere to be found.
The clerk gives me a number to call to talk to my delivery driver. I was told to call at 8:30 am. Well, they open at 9 am on Saturdays. I called at 9 and I am told that "delivery drivers only deliver the mail they are given" and they didn't know why the clerk told me to call in. I don't know, either. I just don't know.
BOTTOM LINE: Don't bother reaching out to Customer Service, they won't help you. There is no incentive for them to do so and no repercussions if they don't. They only want to do the bare minimum and run you off if your issue exceeds selling forever stamps.
SIDEBAR: I didn't enjoy the argument going on in the back. Very professional.
