This location of the Post Office deserve 0 stars the people are rude they always make a excuse why you haven't received your mail the famous excuse downtown main office is behind. Its been 30 days. I will never get a p.o. box at any post office again

Don't waste your time coming here. I waited in line with my baby for over 20
minutes for dude to not be helpful at all. They are short staffed and no supervisor available to talk to.

I went into this location to pick up mail that was on hold. It's nowhere to be found.
The clerk gives me a number to call to talk to my delivery driver. I was told to call at 8:30 am. Well, they open at 9 am on Saturdays. I called at 9 and I am told that "delivery drivers only deliver the mail they are given" and they didn't know why the clerk told me to call in. I don't know, either. I just don't know.
BOTTOM LINE: Don't bother reaching out to Customer Service, they won't help you. There is no incentive for them to do so and no repercussions if they don't. They only want to do the bare minimum and run you off if your issue exceeds selling forever stamps.
SIDEBAR: I didn't enjoy the argument going on in the back. Very professional.

I have been waiting on a package, since March 19, 2024 from this location in Ohio to Georgia. As of today April 14, 2024, package has not arrived. According to the sender, who has inquired twice on tracking, has been informed the package has been going between Cleveland and Akron. Is there a computer technology issue?

I'm constantly getting other peoples mail, and thou I get notifications daily I sometimes don't get my mail and I'm sick of it I be looking for important documents to come and I never get them of course the neighborhood I live inpeople will not return your mail, our mail couriers need to pay more close attention to names and address on peoples mail!!!

If this to be a local post office they never deliver mail in my whole neighborhood on time it takes them about a week later to get your past due bills and almost died waiting on my meds come thru the post office. This is totally unacceptable and embarrassing for this to be a federal agency. If I do get mail that day I have to wait until 8pm. This is not a due to the holiday season or weather. is the incompetence of this facility to perform the job test that they all were hired for. There’s definitely something that needs to be done because at this point I feel like my rights to receive my mail at my home have not been satisfied by the federal post office.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. how does the post office lose mail.. everyone is telling me different things and they’re now blaming the headquarters! I strongly doubt it’s the “headquarters” the workers need to start taking accountability for their mistakes and come up with a solution to satisfy customer instead of blaming other organizations I’m sure they wouldn’t appreciate that! Just close this place down already no one is satisfied customers are always angry and unsatisfied with their services.

Thank you Ms. Shirley & Ms. Debbie! After almost a week of a missing package coming from FL that was paid for to be expressed, these ladies got the job done!Though they didn’t personally deliver the package, their customer service & effective efforts to assure it was delivered safely spoke volumes!Customer service makes a huge difference! It will turn a frustrating situation into a seemingly less complex ordeal. Thank you both for your positive energy & smiles through the phone. From the Sunshine state all the way to Ohio! ?

This Post Office Branch is fairly okwhen they're fully staff, it's fine. If not, it's another story. Great customer service starts with the management and those who came to work to work with a reasonable attitude, knowing you're working with the public
