Wasn’t that great I feel like every time I felt like I wasn’t able to get the help I needed

The person who does passport leaves at noon everyday. The front desk woman says sometimes they don't even show up. This is a horrible place to get your passport. Why have appointments on your website when the person goes home at noon and probably paid the whole day.
If I could give it -5 stars I would

Have had problems getting my own identity verified. Made appointments which they neglected to keep much less say it was cancelled. All in all not good experience as of late here
