I've lived in the neighborhood for almost 6 years. Every time I go into this post office the workers are extremely rude. They will openly complain straight to your face that you're irritating them. I don't even know why they work there. They have no care for the customers they are serving. They clearly hate their jobs and hate dealing with the public. If you don't want the job then quit. Your quality sucks anyway! We don't need you!!!

The woman I usually speak with at the post office is very nice very lovely this I think she said August is 10 years that she's been there I hope she doesn't retire because I really look forward to doing business with her

None of your prompts are relevant to what I called about. Therefore, I’m not able to speak to a representative. The customer service at the post office is RIDICULOUS!

Was out of town and I had to schedule a package pick up two times. First time I knew it didn’t get picked up , second time they gave me a confirmation number that it was picked up. Just got home today and the packages are still there. Been setting here a whole week, terrible mailmen and usps facilities overall. Lmao it’s such a simple damn task.

They just stopped delivering my mail without any notification. Went to branch and was told that mail-delivery-person put my mail on hold because she declared my steps as unsafe. Would’ve loved to be notified instead of mail just stopped being delivered ………

Gentleman at the counter w/the tattoo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very quick process; and my mail is being sent to the right location.

We regularly get the wrong mail that’s meant for our neighbors and important mail or ours gets delivered somewhere and we get b ok answers from the post office. We were told to take our attitude elsewhere when showing in person to find our mail. This is a government run facility and it needs to be regulated better.

Only cause the customers who come usually block the main entrance with their cars instead of parking.The staff is wonderful.

Terrible service when I’ve gone in to try to get help for missing packages. Also, don’t bother coming here if you just want to drop something during off-hours —all of their drop boxes are taped shut presently.
