My husband and I went to this USPS to mail out the passport for renewal,the lady that served us on 9/9/2023 Saturday afternoon around 1 30 pm is super helpful and friendly.She explained everything to help us understand the steps and how stamp fee is calculated, and showed it in front of us.There was a customer before us kept yelling to her about something, but the lady still helped us with smile and patient. We forgot to ask her name but she deserves a 10 star rating in professional and kindness. We didn’t expect to have great service at USPS before, this experience changed our mind.Manager if you can see this, please consider giving that lady a raise. She’s the best person I have ever met at USPS!

The mail man LIED and said he delivered my mail!!! Everyone was here on Sept 2nd at 1:29pm and they were en have informed delivery!! NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED!!!!! IT WAS REALLY IMPORTANT!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET AND ANGRY!!!!!! MEANWHILE HE’S GOING ABOUT LIFE WITH NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD!!! HE CREATED HAVOC AND NO ONE CARES!!!! I AM IN A RAGE WITH WITH THIS CARRIER AND BRANCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUNCH IF LIARS!!!!! IM LODGING A FORMAL COMPLAINT!!! They have totally ruined my trip to CLEVELAND!!! THIS COASTED ME A GREAT DEAL!!!!!!

I went to return plates, since I recently moved to Ohio. There was no line, service was very friendly. Only complaint was there was there wasn't a large selection of stamps. But it was very professional, clean. If you go ask for Pam, she was great.

This is a review about the USPS in general. Called the 1-800 number CSR was polite and helpful but I was appalled to learn that it will take up to five days to deliver a piece of mail even in the city. So sad that we can’t even count on the mail anymore.
